Yeah, gotta say, Maaya Sakamoto did a much better job, though it's not Aya's voice actress I have problems with...

So not many problems about the voicing acting apart from Kyle's? Cool. Will hopefully pick up the game when it's released here tomorrow.

Whats with all the moaning and gasping at every freaking turn? I find it very annoying. Was she like that in the Japanese release as well?
I remember Aya being a badass, somehow I don't get the same vibe from her in this game. Although the gameplay looks really sick, I might actually pick it up in the end.

Somehow I feel like the weird things (well fanservice-esque things) in this game were probably made to justify making this a psp game as opposed to a cellphone game. I'm glad it's even out tbh, but it does seem a bit shady. An odd compromise though.

I finished it like 10 minutes or so ago and as most people have said....the story is a pile of shit. Toriyama up to his usual schenenigans again

. A lot of the stuff is either left unexplained, is confusing as heck or makese no sense whatsoever. It also takes a cue from FF13 where you will have to read the codex to even make the slightest sense of things

(Some people may not mind this but to me that just unacceptable).

That said, the gameplay is fantastic. Really really fun to play. Camera is a bit awkward at times though since you will need to "claw" to turn the camera sometimes.

Just finish the tutorial mission, and i'm rather liking this. I'm still shocked at how good this looks, which plays a huge part when it comes to enjoying the overall experience the game has to offer. As long as the gameplay and Aya service keeps up, then i'm going to love the rest of this game.

a nice sexy pose in torn up clothing.you know.. the "sex sells" kind of advertisemenst. its not the worse i've seen but I'd rather it be her in a actual fighting pose.

She's the main character, so it should be expected to see such images

. Plus there's plenty of badarse Aya images that balance them out,

Well, I'm no gaming whiz, so yeah, I am having problems even on Easy. But since it's a custom undub version, I don't mind. Sakamoto FTW.

Playing the NA version. Game is fun, story is ass, even by Parasite Eve standards. I'm just ignoring the story for the most part and enjoying shooting at things.

Gametrailers review of the game

Overall they score the game as average but Metacritic gave it 73 out of 100 while other websites have positive reveiws of the game.

But I'm still hoping for a better and proper Parasite Eve sequel in the future.

You should. Given any luck, your favourite games might have "undub" versions. They kicks ass. Played Valkyria Chronicles 2 undub. Noto Mamiko and Kawasumi Ayako FTW.

I couldn't even play that game because of the dub, so it's really something i should get around to doing.

What the hell is this all about anyway... Even Gamespot gaves a same score which I've really despised about.

Talked about being scared to see the truth (I don't care about reader reviews though) till I take their reviews way too seriously.
