She says she doesn't remember him but also that she feels she does know him. Obviously, someone erased her memories of him. I'm calling it now, it was Meliodas who erased both their memories of each other.

I don't know. it's just a hunch. Meliodas was no angel back then, I wouldn't put it past him to pull something like that. Maybe he was attempting to manipulate Elizabeth before he fell in love with her for real and Estarossa found out. In the first place, it's weird that the three of them were on such friendly terms.

It's also possible that he started to change after meeting her. Either way, we'll just have to wait until we know what all happened back then.

Holiday break is over, so we're back in business:

Looks like the first part of the chapter involves the allied army's defensive forces fighting against what the spoiler only describes as a "strange enemy"). During the battle, Dreyfus' body somehow grows to the size of a giant! Apparently, it's due to the effect of the remnant demonic magic left in his body from Fraudrin:

Next up, we go back to the main battlefield, where the archangels not only recover from Estarossa's attack, but revert back to their original angelic bodies! Interestingly, Sariel morphs into a female body before changing back to his(?) shorter form:

Finally, we focus on Estarossa and Elizabeth. While flying together in the sky, something alarming occurs: Estarossa suddenly goes berserk, and begins strangling Elizabeth....!!!!

And yeah, like Kanon said, the bit about Sariel is indeed intriguing. I feel bad for Elizabeth, though. Having to stay with a fit-prone demon that's now strangling her. He really did go insane from taking in other commandments like Monspiet and Derrierie said.

Uh oh, this chapter confirms that any human host to a high-ranked goddess or demon will indeed be destroyed sooner or later, should the possessor overexert themselves. Margaret's practically a ticking time bomb at this point....

Eh, shounen manga logic. A villain displaying the slightest modicum of compassion is all the redemption he needs!

But on a more serious note, Fraudrin's power at least gives Dreyfus an extra edge against the demon army, so that can't really be seen as a bad thing.... for now, at least. Honestly, I'm more worried about the possibility of Hendy turning on him, what with his sudden zealous devotion to Ludoshel.....

I'm more worried about Margaret and Elizabeth (the former because she might die, and the latter because Estarossa is unstable and is currently chocking her) right now. Hopefully Sariel and Tarmiel go and save her soon. Or maybe Meliodas will notice it and save her sooner. Though in that case there might be a fight between Meliodas and Tarmiel and Sariel.

But yeah, Dreyfus is fine for now. I just hope Fraudrin's power doesn't make him lose control and turn on the good guys.

Sariel's host was pretty much the hottest girl in the series, seriously. I'm surprised Nakaba wasted such a good designs on a character that'll never reappear.

I'm worried about Margaret. Ludoshel doesn't strike me as the type that will leave before endangering his host. I seem to recall he said she was an excellent host too, so he'll milk her for all she's worth.

And damnit Elizabeth, you should have run away instead of trying to save him. Not like he would have died from this anyway.

But yeah, I agree with you about Ludociel and Margaret. Hopefully there's a way to force him out of her body.
