They made all the Time Bokan and Yatterman animes, so it's a strange thing to anticipate another one for this.

Yep, I'm sure they'll be absolutely shattered if this anime was as successful as Youkai Watch.

A couple of things that I noticed:

-Fans of the previous Time Bokan series, Yatterman Night, rejoice: the trio who voiced the Doronbow Gang are back as the members of the Akudama gang.

-Given one of the shadows, can we possibly expect a crossover episode with the original Gatchaman crew in one of the episodes?

I've seen my fair share of Time Bokan shows, but I wouldn't call myself "a fan". I think they're one of the weakest series of Tatsunoko's portfolio, especially since a lot of time the initial premise is dragged for far too long.

Well the first episode was alright, had fun watching it although the comedy feels a little over the top. The OP song is catchy enough though.

The show itself reminds me somewhat of Yoru no Yatterman.
