i am going to buy an ipod touch what i want to know is should i just get an 2gen or an 3gen also if i jailbrake it will i still be able to downlaod from the app store and last is there a way to get the ipod to play bleach eps

You should be able to download apps from the app store even jailbroken, but the only problem is that from my knowledge, the iPod Touch 3G only have a tethered jailbreak, so you need to connect your iPod Touch 3G to the computer in order to reboot it. I don't know if a untethered jailbreak is available for the iPod Touch 3G yet.

To play your videos on your iPod touch, I suggest looking at the tutorials on this form to convert your MKV files to MP4 format.

thanks is there a big diff from the 1st gen and 2 gen touch, and what about playing bleach eps on the touch

1st Generation iPod Touch does not have a speaker, Bluetooth, Headset and Mic capabilities and external volume controls compared to generation 2 and 3.
