The Nunnally one is just bascially cutting parts of the actual picture and moving the orginal. The others have a different method though If I have time I migt write another tut on avies ^^Well I finally did a vector today after a long hiatus of it since I was just off and they weren't as good as they could be  So I did the lovely Tianzi from Code Geass, now the stupid screencap was just OMGBBQ!! it sucked x.x So I asked Dan and he gave me really good advice  To use HQ scans for the colours, though no scan had the clothes she had on so I took one HQ scan for her face,hair,eyes and a fan art for the clothes ^-^ Colour References   Original crappy screenshot  Vector  I can't thank you enough for your help again Dan. If you give me advice I'd still have been trying to make my own colours. Oh and if I have any ideas I'll probaly make a wallpaper from it
