i downloaded a program and well i checked it with avg and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and found nothing but eveytime i restart my computer it will open up the internert to a webpage don't know what to do it show form1 what the hell is this

Try posting a screenshot of the Internet window that you're seeing. Form1 could indicate a badly formed page or program of some sort (Visual Basic comes to mind). It also could just be adware; I am not 100% sure if MalwareBytes detects adware.

It's definitely sounding like you got hit by some sort of malware/adware, but you'll need to describe your problem in as much detail as possible, and screenshots will help more.

You know, it annoys the heck out of me when people don't use punctuation and proper capital letters in right places.

We need :

1. Your OS
2. Your computer system
3. A screenshot of the form1.
4. Your best attempt in writing in proper sentences. I don't care if you are bad in English or what, just bloody do your best in writing proper sentences with punctuation which I can easily comprehend so I can help you.

Otherwise, use google to search for the solution.
