The fight and reunion of Pino and Prue was well done, but when they perform the time skip, it make people question so much, how on earth did shoko become Hito pilot, what is those alien...

So Shoko is Hito's pilot now?

Do we actually see Haruto kick the bucket or is there still room for him to be catatonic but still alive?

Is the white-haired kid even explained?

That's her locket that she gave herself. Rather than it being a memento, it serves as a reminder of the promise she made. :c

Oddly enough, this might have been better than if they tried to rush and explain everything. That soft punch to the mouth Haruto gave L-Elf when the latter said he was his friend was just too perfect. I've always thought the way their relationship developed left a lot to be desired but that moment just got to me. Otherwise, it's a good thing I was watching this where I was or I would've been laughing out loud at that last part of the episode. Almost makes these last few weeks worth it.

Will have to do a rewatch later due to lagging and stuff.

Exactly!

The picture on the locket was probably the picture that Saki took when Haruto was sleeping at the Pier?!, which made the Engineers/Nerds rant when he woke up :v
