A bit confused about the latest episode. Why did 2017 Sento call himself Katsuragi? I know there was a time Katsuragi was in control of the body, but he was never friendly with Banjou and he didn't act like that. I don't think he had Sento's memories either, so he shouldn't have been able to recognize Sougo. I'm pretty sure this is going to be an actual plot point, so maybe this is the result of the timeline changing? Would explain why they were acting that way in the present too.

Anyway, next week is Ex-aid's turn.

Woz is trying hard not to spoil the story.

That aside, I'm pretty sure he's not telling the whole truth to Sougo, especially about the Time Jackers.

I can't really say I'm very fond of these episodes-and-a-half. Because they appear to explain stuff that really should be explained in the main show.

It depends, do they air after the episodes or is it a web only thing?

Anyway, what I took away from 2.5 is that there are going to be inconsistencies due to various reasons and I shouldn't sweat the small stuff.

These short segments exists because they can't be included in the regular episodes without exceeding the airing time allotted.

I know it's too early to judge, but three episodes in and I'm not really feeling it. The characters are bland and I'm afraid the series is going to be really repetitive.

I don't think it will be repetitive, just don't expect them to be able to explain the timeline well....episode 2.5, seems like to suggest don't take the inconsistency seriously, just enjoy the show, that's all

We'll have to wait and see. We should have a clearer picture by episode 6 or so.

Even after 2.5 what I understand is just past Riders have no choice but to lend their powers to Zi-O (and Geiz).
Common theme but I don't know why it feels bad seeing it more convenient compare to Drive and Roidmude, or Ex-aid and Bugster.

Don't expected too much that they will explained how the timeline works with Sento and Banjo retains what they shouldn't have to begin with (LOL); considering Woz narrative (and obvious telling from Tsukuyomi), the story certainly taking route on "How could Tokiwa Sougo became an evil ruler of future?" (even past 50 years old to the point he had to have that statue

)

Well, having become slightly invested, probably because of my time shenanigans boner, I find it interesting that Woz says that history is still on track. Which makes it seem like everything the time jackers are doing with the Another Riders, all leads to their inevitable failure.

Good, they're not going through the Riders in (reverse) order. Next is Fourze and not Ghost, and it looks they're going to spice things up a bit more.

Say, what do you expect of the Zi-O x Den-O episode? I personally want them to discuss the differences in how they time travel, and does Den-O actively taking the role of fixing the timeline this time, or is he incapable of doing so.

This meeting has a lot of potential, but I'm not sure what to expect, besides Sougo getting possessed by Momotaros. I don't think they're going to really bother explaining time travel, but it'd be nice if they did.

Well, to begin with Geiz has Drive and Ghost Ridewatch; some suspected that Riders (actors) which Ridewatch already owned by Geiz won't make appearance (for series).

I think it's a matter of "Real Life Writes The Plot".

IE the riders of whom the actors can make return appearances will have their dedicated arcs, the ones that don't, will not.
