Like what Flit said, he was just following the standard procedures, again, pointing that it has a clearance to be used the moment Flit said it. Algreus is not that dumb not to know Flit will be using it on that mission. If in case they are losing in the battlefront, then the last resort scenario is much more plausible. But then they are winning, thanks to Kio.

Asemu tries to protect his loved ones, by prolonging the war....
AMAZING. Kio tries to save everybody, cause he thinks he can. (too bad Obright just got a kill you idiot) Flit aims for destroying the opposition completely, next thing you know he screams for a blue and pure world and starts using nukes. Too many ideas fused into Age, next thing you know Legillis has a detachable part that will be last shotted and crap. |

Guys, guys... Kio is voiced by a man. Honestly, though, I never thought he sounded all that feminine.

Well, the day her son was born, she basically became a single mom. Having to lose her husband and raise her only child on her own WOULD be pretty stressful for her regardless of how much support Flit, Emily, and Yunoa gives her. That'd put some extra years on her face.

We cant say FX is OP yet, it haven't fought any Vegan elite units yet Also Freedom is not that OP (5 guns? Well I got a Quebeley with 30 freaking funnels spamming non stop), SF was OP the way its was portrayed (took no damage when it clearly should have vs equal tech opponents). Also you may as well include Nu, Unicorn ,Turn-A, God Gundam, 00 Gundam and 00 Quanta to the OP list as well |

Yeah so awesome episode this week. Kind of got chills a bit cause it really felt like I was watching a Gundam show again after a kind of less than inspiring 3rd quarter in Kio's arc. That one kind of borrowed a bit too much from Soldiers of Sorrow early on and thus didn't really generate too much interest from me other than to see Kio's character come along, but the second part at Vagan was a lot more interesting and full of much needed revelations.
Things seem to be coming to a head here in the final act with all 3 Gundam pilots reunited and doing their own thing. Flit finally seems to have snapped and been pushed over the edge by his descendants disagreements with him and seems to have decided to prove right here and now why his way is the right one almost as a matter of pride. I'd like to hope the character we saw in the first quarter isn't so far gone, but who knows maybe Natora can step up and keep him from doing something he might regret. It'd be a total waste of a base too, especially since they're doing pretty well so far in the fight to recapture the moon base. Kio seem to be trying to figure things out slowly, but I bet he runs into trouble with his plan to not kill anybody if he can avoid it and I have a hunch Deen will have something to do with it. This isn't Seed Destiny so I just can't help but see this backfiring at some point the way certain things have been set up. Asemu seems to have more of an end goal in mind than he's letting on to Kio when he talks about trying to balance out the war. If I had to guess the object he's talking about drawing out is either Second Moon or EXA-DB, but how does keeping the moon base in Vagan hands lead to that happening I wonder. Romary's back of course but as usual doesn't do much other than fawn over her hero Asemu returning and leaving again. She was in the military too though so I guess she'd have an easier time accepting that this is how things are for people like Asemu. I like the scene with her seeing Kio though since they've yet to be in the same scene together. I wonder how this traitor storyline is going to play out and if Shanalua's scenario is going to come into play with it at all. Girard Spriggan from the looks of it isn't quite the well-intentioned person that she was though and comes off like a mercenary just following the flow of battle. Same for the former Moon Base commander, another example of Flit failing to totally root out corruption. I wonder if the end scenario is none of the principal leaders in the conflict being right. With Ezelcant out of the picture now apparently we'll have to wait and see what the deal is with the person in the capsule that he apparently wants to take over for him. Anyway really great start to the final act of AGE. There's just so much going on now it looks like it's going to be the usual ride to the end of a Gundam series that I've come to know and love. |
