Welcome to the episode discussion thread about this week's upcoming episode which ElvenPath, Dranz or I will try to post this thread every Wednesday, since it’s the day the episode airs in Japan.

For the people who don't know about the new spoiler tag rules, Spoilers are NOT allowed in this forum except in [Manga] thread and only there.

You MUST use spoiler tags when dealing with the episode until an actual credible sub appears. Discussions in this thread can only involve the current and previous episodes. Members who are caught including events that take place after the current episode in their post will be handed a ban.

Anyway this is what you should discuss in this thread:

Expectations of the episode if not aired or if you haven't seen it yet.
Announcements of which fansub groups have released the episode regardless if it is a RAW or Subbed.
Your comments on the episode if you have seen it both RAW and Subbed.

Just to make it clear there is to be no making new topics about the above things I have just showed you. I will close them down because I made this thread so all the posts regarding this topic will be in one place.

Furthermore, I'd like to ask people to let me, and only me, do the Episode Discussion threads every week. Why? You may ask. Mainly, to avoid confusions and 10+ threads of eager people doing the episode threads. So, please, don’t make episode discussion threads without ElvenPath's, Dranz's or my permission.

So there you have it, just to summarize and add new tidbits of rules:

There is to be no flaming each other, no posting links that allow others to download the licensed Manga or the anime raw episode, no spoilers for future events of the Manga that take place beyond this episode, no annoying questions asking for seeds, ZERO unnecessary spoilers, and try to keep it on topic.

Personally, I think Chouji's fight is going to kick ass. I've always been really happy to see 'underdog' characters get the spotlight and show-off some skills that people would otherwise have never known about. I haven't seen or heard anything about what happens in the fight, so that's why I'm most looking forward to it, as a surprise (I've been looking forward to it all week).

It'll also be cool to see Chouji finally open up a can of whoop-ass, since most (or even all) of his 'fights' so far have meant that due to his techniques and unfortunately having to fight unfavourable opponents (Dosu most easily comes to mind here), he was easily defeated.

To watch the action, not like there's much talking in this episode anyways judging from the preview.

Should be a great episode with lots of action.

I mean, just wait half a day and you can enjoy it with subs altogether.
half a day is bearable, kudo's to DB for that.

I tend to wait a week or watch/do other things first.
Much to do and enjoy ( ^^)

Can't wait to see Chouji show his moves and skill animated.

It will be odd to see chouji fighting someone so much more powerfull than him.

I am enjoying this type of stroyline where more characters are focused on, and I am glas Kiba is around, 'cause I think is voice is hella cool.

Because I already know what happens from the manga, and 90% of the reason I watch the anime is the action. I usually just skip through to watch the highlights, then watch it in full with the sub.

Etai, anime spoilers are allowed if they are in spoiler tags. Only manga spoilers are not allowed in this thread. If you read the rules, you will find this sentence:

"You MUST use spoiler tags when dealing with the episode until an actual credible sub appears."

zamme's comment was on the anime, after he'd seen the raw. He made a totally legitimate comment. Since no sub has appeared yet, zamme put his comment in spoiler tags. He followed the rules perfectly. There's no problem.

Etai, re-read more carefully Electrode's post.
Zamme only spoke about the current episode of the anime but since there isn't a credible sub yet he put his comment in a spoiler tag.
Ie exactly what you must do.

edit : actually Zamme even put ep 113 for the title of his spoiler tag so it's really perfect.

This episode seemed to skip between fairly good animation and totally weird animation ! , overall it was an ok episode i guess , still much better than 112 !

Actually, reading the manga doesn't spoil anytihng...it jsut means your caught up with the progression of the story todate. I read ahead and this is the first episde i've downloaded as this is gonna be a sweet next few months of anime!

Man, Chouji simply rules! Would love to play as him on Naruto GNT3 now on my Gamecube but nearly 3am so I'm gonna have to wait until tomorrow. Hopefully, I should have seen the subbed version by then and understand everything that was on his mind around the middle of the episode. Please note that I'm simply praising Chouji so I tired to not spoil anything here. I do have one question though:

I liked the added fillers, but the animation were pretty crappy. The preview to the next episode made me happy though, my favorite animation team! ^^ Last edited by zamme; 2004-12-08 at 17:00.

kwanseemun Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Canada :D	Spoiler: not sure if this is actually counted as a spoiler or not...but i'll make it one just to be on the safe side ^.^ I totally agree about the animation...well actually probably the most annoying thing for me was how repetitive the images of the trees were...it kinda spoiled the whole look of the travelling through the forest effect....

I do have one question though: Spoiler: At the end when they were showing parts of Episode 114, how the heck did Chouji get beaten again so quickly? We just saw him take the 2nd pill and it was great to see all that chakra around him (reminds me of THE great episode with Rock Lee's Ura Renge vs Gaara) so I would have thought we would see another stage of the fight before he got beaten again? I have read the manga so I kinda know what Jiroubu does to beat a Level 2 pill Chouji but come on, the moment we see him getting all powerful at the end of the episode, we are then first shown clips of next week with him already on the ground??? Anyways, have I said this already? CHOUJI RULES!!!
