For people who don't understand what we are talking about, its the middle link in Haruhi's website, the activity log. Behind each comment in black is a white comment where you can see clearly when high lighted. Simply press ctrl + a to see all the secrets lol.
what's the haruhi's website???

anyway, I love Yuki, her act of seriousness is hilarious lol.

Have you heard the latest SOS-dan radio meeting (19th meeting)? Yuki broke.
=================
For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about (probably most of you), one of the corners for the SOS-dan radio branch (http://lantis-net.com/haruhi/) involves Chihara Minori receiving trivia question mails from the listeners and then answering them on the spot as Yuki.

For example:

Listener: "I don't know what the story of Kintarou is about, please explain it to me."
Yuki: "...It's a story about Kintarou becoming a company president."

or

Listener: "What do cliones, also called fairies of the ice, eat to survive?"
Yuki: "...Foie gras."

...basically, the corner features Yuki answering trivias calmly with nonsense. ^^;

=================
But in this week's 19th meeting, Yuki snapped.

For example:

Listener: "We grow eyebrows in order to protect what?"
Yuki: "Your forehead! Next!"

Listener: "What do I have to do to get my mail read?"
Yuki: "Don't ask me, I dunno! k, next!"

...etc. Really, it was funny and confusing at the same time.

(between laughters)
Yuuko: "Why is Yuki sounding so mean? Did something bad happen!?"
Aya: "That wasn't Yuki nor Minorin~"
Yuuko: "The people listening to the radio are probably all confused right now--"
Minori: "Felt as if something just popped out"

Anyway, if this was a publicity stunt for Shoushitsu, I gotta say, it's brilliant.

I counted the episode log slots. It seems that the next season will have 12-21 episodes (count yourself from the activity log page) (logically). That's weird... first, they'll run out of stories, and second, it's an unusual number.

And in case anyone is as obsessed with it as I was... at 40 reviews with an average of 9.8, Suzumiya Haruhi no Yutsu (yes, one 'u') debut at #80 on the top200 at animenfo.com. Unfortunately, the mods took down 5 reviews and now sits at 35 reviews. >=(

that too bad, frankly, Haruhi is one of the current animes that i think have excellent quality points ^_^, character designs, OPs, etc., all are scores., stories are the least of my worries, as long as we get to see more in th clubroom activities

The Haruhi Code

An amazing discovery by another forum. A message so influential that Kyo-Ani would resort to hiding it away from the prying eyes of the fanatical Haruhi-ists.

http://animebase.servebbs.net/thread-52700-1-1.html

It's in Chinese, but I'll try to explain.

Spoiler for long explanation:

Credit to the guys who actually discovered the message, and Kyo-Ani for putting so much effort into making it.

I am starting to think that the people over at KyoAni have TOO MUCH time on their hands, and I meant that as a compliment.

With a few episodes left, maybe they'll encode the location of the Haruhi Grail while they're at it

Kudos to KyoAni for such details, and kudos to the no-lifers for finding it . It looks fairly obvious the KyoAni Staff has a lot of fun making this series, so many minor details and "secrets" in both the anime and the websites.

Kudos indeed to the Haruhi Code and the fans who discovered it.

I've noticed something odd recently. All the mysterious characters have a family name and a first name. For example, we have:
Haruhi Suzumiya (demi-deity)
Yuki Nagato (alien)
Ryoko Asakura (alien)
Mikuru Asahina (time traveller)
Itsuki Koizumi (ESP-er)

However, all the normal characters only have a family name. For example, we have :
Kyon (main character)
Imouto (Kyon's sister. Imouto is actually a term used to address someone's sister)
Taniguchi (Kyon's classmate)
Kunikida (Kyon's classmate)
Okabe (Kyon's teacher)
Tsuruya (Mikuru's classmate)

The exceptions, if we exempt the store owners featured in Episode 00, would be :
Shamisen (Unidentified Mysterious Animal, a male calico cat in Episode 00)
Emiri Kimodori (The Computer Society President's non-existent girlfriend in Episode 07: Mysterique Sign)
Keiichi Tamaru, Yutaka Tamaru, Sonou Mori & Arakawa (Lone Island Syndrome Part 2)

We know the Tamaru brothers, Mori (Maid) & Arakawa (Butler) are related to Itsuki's ESP agency. However, we do not know if all of them possess ESP powers.

That would go along with my thought that Emiri Kimodori might be the slider and a member of the outside faction that comes into play later.

Well, Tsuruya-san is not quite "normal". Well, maybe she is a normal human, but she

You remembered it from the character chart posted in the image thread, where certain characters rate each other. I'm thinking Tsuruya probably didn't offered help directly, she probably 'accidentally' helped them lol

For Koizumi, Tsuruya-san presence was most helpful for him in thinking up ways to keep Haruhi's mental condition as stable as possible.

He probably rates Tsuruya-san's unwilling helpfulness as high as Kyon's dependability on keeping Haruhi tied in.

Plus Tsuruya-san, unlike Yuki and Mikuru-chan, has no conflict of interest with Koizumi.

Just to cross-reference, the character chart mentioned earlier can be found at

Spoiler for character chart:

Does anyone know whether the chart is official from KyoAni, or is it just fan-made? Koizumi actually rated 0 for all his Kyon-rivals, but gave reasonably good scores for Asakura & Tsuruya, haha!

It's just fan-made! If it was from a magazine or such we would know for sure since there are a lot of people on this forum who can read japanese and are searching all the time for Haruhi-related articles in magazine and others publications.
