For Oriana - Oriana was using a customized "Classic grimoire" called Shorthand which had automatic spell counter attached to it. Anyone who would touch it would fall unconscious by the spell counter. Touma thought that Mikoto have touched the Shorthand so he was looking for the symptoms which is similar to the symptoms of sunstroke.

For the RCC - They've sent　an important artifact, which is called the "Stab Sword". It is said that this artifact could kill a saint just by pointing it to him, regardless of the distance and obstacles. But, it turned out that it wasn't Stab Sword that the RCC nun brought with her; It was the "Croce Di Pietro" (St. Peter's Cross) which has the incredible effect of activating a spell that would make the place where it was established into a property of the RCC. The operation was to make the Academy City a territory of RCC.

PS he'd be good friends with Meis Triumph
For Misaka Mother - Misaka Misuzu was lost her way in the academy city while she was looking for her daughter. Then she saw KamijouTouya and asked him the way to her daughter's school. Touya was a woman magnet as much as his son so Touma's mother Shiina taught it was another case of girl magnetism^^ (like father like son. Touma and Index are always like that )

For Seiri - She seems to have a strong dislike for Touma; which could be accounted as an awkward way of showing affection. Though its not yet clear how they have met. One thing's for sure. She's a Tsun!^^ (without dere)

- Did the student 's parent ( Touma and Mikoto in particularly ) know about their children powers
- How does they rank psychic cause in the power term, Mikoto 's roomate, Kuroko have the power of teleportation are more dangerous than accelerator. In the manga she can teleport a glass into a pillar, wonder what would hapend with a human body in stead of a pillar.
-What is accelerator new power ?

The "cool looking guy" is Mikoto's dad. The other is Touma's. Touma's parents will show up shortly in the anime, but Mikoto's mom only shows up later on, and her dad even later.

He means that Touma's mom has, well, bouts of jealousy. Although it was like that when they met, if I remember correctly, she became very fast friends with Misuzu afterward. He mentioned Index, because Index is prone to acting out jealously when Touma spends time around other girls. Of course, so does Mikoto. Touma, being the kind of guy he is, is generally oblivious.

- Yes, their parents are aware of their child's ability.

- I don't know how they rank the level of abilities since there are no explanation about the basis of ability ranking. Though I can say that accelerator (ability) is superior than teleportation. In order to perform a teleportation, you need to calculate the theoretical value of the 11th dimension towards your target and it requires a great amount of concentration in order to activate it properly. If this concentration is wavered, the skill would not activate or worse, the skill might back-fire to the user. Even a pressure could cause a disturbance in concentration. And accelerator just loves to pressure his enemies^^

- Hmmm, although accelerator has "awakened" to his new power, no clear detailed is known yet aside from the info that he could now control his AIM. (refer to wikipedia if you're not familiar with the term)

As someone who 's good at physics, trust me, calculating the value of the dimension is far more easy than calculating and redirecting the vector values of thing, and accelerator can do it at ease .

And by the way, accelerator can only change the direction of the vector but cannot made them stronger or weaker right ?

Is that so? Hmm at least, that was what the novel hinted about calculation of the 11th dimension. Well they did say that accelerator was very skilled at calculation and operation so I guess he could use his power with ease.

About your question, there are no detailed explanation if he could strenghten or weaken the vector but based from observation (like when he kicked gravel, it burst at a high speed or when he uses the "super dash" he accelerates at a great speed with just a light kick to the ground) it seems that he could strengthen or weaken the vector.

I know, social subjects are just the pain. I wasn't that good in English (though I liked it) but I enjoyed literature
