Casual lurker here, though I think I've posted once or twice maybe a hundred pages back...

May I ask why everyone seems so certain that the series shall end on Volume 17? I was searching through google after reading it here, but couldn't find anything about the series ending anytime soon...

Would love some confirmation cause I really love this series and would hate for it to end when there's so many arcs and stories that could be written about the characters.

Yes, it's ending. Noman found some information on the author's site. And this author also seems to have a track record on ending his series soon-ish. But yeah, it does suck since there's so much stuff left that it might have to be rushed unless there's a sequel.

Well, i prefer to have a sequel anyway considering Tigre still got two formidable opponents to beat with which is Tallard and Kureys.

Most likely June or July will release unless the author already gave heads up.

Would he really make the book longer? I think a sequel is likelier, even though it seems unlikely if you think about it.

Well i prefer sequel anyway since it will be interesting about what happened after Tigre ascend as King of unification of Brune and Zhcted itself.

Not to mention i assume Leonhardt could be captured by Tallard and recruited as Cavalry Commander under Tallard's Command if turns out Asvarre goes victorious and the showdown between Tigre and Kureys reaching its climax.

The June's release is out. But no Madan.... And there hasn't been a single info regarding it or Kawaguchi's future plan ever since v16 came out.

On the other hand Machine Doll's final volume (volume 16) is coming out instead. And volume 16 is split into 2 volumes. Wish same would happen for Madan's final volume...

@n0m@n: Yeah, it sucks that Madan Volume 17 isn't coming out yet. So we also don't know when it's coming out or whether or not the author plans on continuing this series or making sequel? Yeah, this sucks.

I do hope there are some illustrations not from Madan world like Tigre and Vanadises at the beach to see the Vanadis on bikini *nosebleed*
