Nah, I'm talking about the sidekicks.

Basically, the guys of first year group is divided into three
The Hero: Ichika & Rito
The Lancer: Charles & Len
The Sidekick: Dan & Saruyama

The first one got a harem proper, the second one is teased with plenty, the last one is paired with tertiary recurring characters (which is why it's crack)

Uhh, it's on the plan but nah, reserved for Sacred Twins (though since they're in a different batch of harem now... foe yay is still possible)

I was talking about pairing Saruyama and Honhon, both are mecha geeks (Saruyama's motto here is "boobs and gears"). They kinda hit it when discussing random topic regarding the engineering class. Nohonhon even helped him finished his mecha adjustment since both of them are that 'unconventional' (Kanzashi nearly pulled her hair seeing the code used to program it).

She also genre savvy enough to notice that Saruyama will perv the 'most attractive/exotic' girl (ex. Lala, Cecilia, Maya etc) first before the average one (unfortunately, beach episode is kinda inevitable, and we all knew what Honne hid behind those costume and childish expression of her

)

It feels kind of stupid when I think about scenarios where M is pushed back by the goodguys. In both scenarios, she is taken by surprise by her opponent's unprecedented skill/power and sheer creativity/insanity. Ichika and Gentarou gain the upperhand only because M didn't know they could pull off stuff like they suddenly do all of a sudden.

Also, what if M purposely decided to join the goodguys because of Gentarou(yes, I am making her a harem member

) but openly shows it for the sake of spiting Chifuyu?

Kanzashi respect him when he is NOT perving around as well. Why? He is the closest thing to classic shonen hero.

In fact, the first time Tatenashi saw Kanzashi smiled again? When Saruyama do a big damn heroes with his Landmate-esque mecha and pull a super robot speech... to a friggin golem. Only for Ichika to tell him it's unmanned, then Saruyama boasted it's even better because most enemy in such genre are unmanned mook mechas.

This leads to funny moment where she's mistaken for having a crush on him, basically

I don't think Kanzashi ever smiled at her sister in canon:/ Kinda sad that she never smiles at all.

Precisely, it's really the equivalent to LOL for her. Her surprised expression is bordeline neo-ish as well. Yeah, kanzashi is equivalent to Yuki Nagato here but far more emotional in terms of mindset.

@zero: Actually, M really is improving as she fights them. She learns to counter their way of fighting but at the same time it's as if they just keep pulling power-ups out their ass. Gentarou has this by way that he has access to 10 different weapons that can go in combinations of four. 9 since I'm planning to seal elec states(the form that uses electricity) since Gentarou realizes he's fighting people who are getting hurt from the electricity and not zodiarts(MOTW). Logic behind that is the monsters have higher pain threshold.

I plan to have her start liking Gentarou when they are both stuck on a deserted island and have to learn to work together to survive(classic cliche ho!). Or something similar anyway. As far as things go now Gentarou claims himself to be so friendly that he declares himself as "The man who will befriend a satellite weapon." O.o Damn kids shows

Once again, I'm not familiar with this series Kamen rider and thus an only judge it from the statistic in wikis (which I did and gave you explanation in response). As for how you should portray it, its depend on plot.

Her falling for weird guy is not far-fetched, considering how fucked up her mentality is, especially her canon version. How her 'relationship' with Rito started is basically action movie cliche

Rarely smiles is understandable, but never smile at all is very, very dubious.

Funny thing is, Ichika and Gentarou are also catalysts for her improvement. So M gets stronger with every fight against the good guys to the point that when she finally defects over to their side, everyone is thankful since they don't think they have anything left to pull out their ass. =))

Well, it's implied they were mentally unstable. Calling the kid "A devil who never smiled" doesn't exactly point to cohesiveness.

Anyway, what do you call it when the kids get issues similar to their parents?
