I kinda found that the editor on BT has some inquiries regarding the "Karusariteo Salamandra" thingy.. (Stella's Ougi- or so to say). Based on a hunch I tried to translate "purgatory salamander" using online translator and the greek for that is "καθαρτήριο σαλαμάνδρα" (Kathartirio Salamandra) whaddya think? phonetically and literally (purgatory–>heaven and earth scorching bla bla..) close enough I think?
