sounds interesting but I'm still a little worried. So, is the basic premise of himself, his interest in the girl from his previous life, completely sidelined so that new girls can keep showing up? That is, does his back story have any meaning at all or is it just kinda there to make him sympathetic or something?

I'm asking if he obsesses over her or keeps bringing her up without any real meaning (since he's with all these other girls). Is his feelings about her still relevant after the reincarnation or while he's already traveling, or was it just something to help him seem like a nice guy at heart and forgotten. (if it's harem, better for it to be forgotten and him to move on to the other girls)

^Naw, it's not the level of Seirei Gensouki's obsession. He likes her yes, but the most important thing is that he wants to thank her for making his school life fun.
Also MC is not donkan, he knows the girls love him and he loved them as well. But before that he wants to meet that girl one more time.

read some of the stuff they took...which means nothing since I still have no idea what they changed or screwed up.
but yeah, someone might want to start building a storage for potential translators...I wonder how they got the chapters for Tsuki ga Michibiku...

For once, i actually have to complain about editors in regard to alphapolis, with the only exception being GATE which is heavy politic in the original version, i don't see much change in any other books they published, it's like they just gloss it over and published out. And frankly, most alphapolis series hardly ever become famous. And the fact they remove the novels and using Digest isn't helping them at all

I guess most other companies choose to leave the WNs as a source of advertisement while LN version ends up either taking a somewhat different path or having differences here and there to motivate people to buy it. Seems a lot better than their crappy business model if you ask me, since in a certain sense you can enjoy reading both the LN and WN that way.
