He's refering to named characters, and besides, he's wrong, nobody except Cornelia died.

This episode failed spectacularly, and except for Lelouch and his volcano it was a load of garbage. And full of QUALITY too.

Hope next week looks better.

So magically, no-one dies from the bridge being assailed and the ship crashing head-long into the ground? The fact that the bridge is on the underside doesn't make things better.

The site still lists Sayoko as being dead, so I wouldn't trust it until a day so have passed.

It was surprisingly dulling episode, as others said.

.....Probably due to the fact that we had had too much shocks and awe from previous episodes.

I can't help but wonder what would happen if they had not made this episode, and spread the carnage out better, so we could get better character development.

Also its clear that Tanaguchi has become the next Tomino, his only hope is to find what cured Tomino, a male pilot who gets repeatly hit in the nuts.
