I like Madhouse as well: they can make some pretty good animation with a visual direction that surpasses the impossible. If it happens, I guess Yuji Kumazawa can work as a director for this show and oversees the production.

Hm, nice to hear this will be adapted into an anime. I've been following it in the online Jump (they kept publishing chapters until they caught up), its not bad, pretty dark but enough humor to balance it out. Didn't know it was popular enough to get an adaptation though. Kind of wary how they'll adapt it, not like the manga is anywhere near close to the finish (still plenty of questions about everything).

good news. when I saw this. I thought lare will get migraine again for another kagami's work will be butchered. but! there is still hope. anything might be better than Studio Zexcs though I don't have any problem with their other works.

I am extremely worried about this.
The manga is actually pretty decent... However, there's so little of it that I feel the adaption won't have enough material to work with. Also, the strong likelihood that ZEXCS might get this (due to the author's track record) downright frightens me. That studio is poison.

Haha for some reason I felt like this manga was pretty much made to eventually get an anime. It has what? Like three people working on it? Art, story board and writer... something like that. Just for some reason it always felt like something they had big plans for. I started reading it because I really enjoyed the Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu anime and it has elements of that story in it that I really like (like complicated male friendships ). I am not crazy about the main character but I like the supporting cast. Yeah I hope it doesn't end up with ZEXCS, toei or Pierrot.
