It seems like the manga Drifters is getting an anime adaptation. The series is based on the manga with this premise:

Plot Summary:

The story of the manga centers around Shimazu Toyohisa, the real-life samurai who fought in the pivotal Battle of Sekigahara. In his dying moments, Shimazu is transported to a world of magic with other famous warriors throughout history. These warriors are forced to fight each other in an endless battle.

Everyone probably knew this already after watching the PV for the 1st guy but they confirmed that Yasushi Ishii and Hayato Matsuo are going to work together for the music/soundtrack.

I just happened to see this about Drifters, it's a news from 3 months ago from: http://yaraon-blog.com/archives/81792

I wonder if they're referring to the early footage in the OAD that's coming in 4 days with the 5th volume of the manga or to the TV anime.
Edit: The official website hasn't said anything about it yet.
