if the real mythological zeus would be the typical character for an ntr, because if he were interested in rias for example he would become an issei and he would obtain the virginity of rias as a pregnant one (as heracles was born, he did not mind lying with the wife to a Great-grandson)

In Slash/Dog's context, it's a project founded by the Five Clans to create independent avatars to act as guardians. The two known successful subjects are Samejima Kouki and Natsume Minagawa which would later become Tobio's comrades-in-arms. The other two hasn't been mentioned, which I presume would pop up in the second volume then appear in the relevant DxD volume (which, like Natsume and Samejima, I would speculate to be Tobio's other companions).

Yes, but with Sae got crippled, albeit non-permanent.

As far as Volume 1 mentioned, no, cause her avatar/Utsusemi is weaker compared to Kouki and Natsume.

In story Tobio assumed he was along with Natsume and Kouki until Azazel confirmed that Natsume and Kouki are 2 of the four fiends and the other 2 are off doing their own thing and he also says that Tobio being a Longinus-user was unexpected for the people trying to get the four fiends.

If zeus would try that Issei would go full rage mode, unlock a power stronger than the full DxD and kill him
