Personally, i think i would like to see "The Wife" ending the most.

Those endings may get the most attention. However, they were never the focal point (FMV presentation, sexual infidelity + ensuing chaos) of School Days. If the game can't be enjoyed without blood, the developers have failed.

Considering that this series will be broadcast on TV, I'd expect the sexual hijinks (intentionally over-the-top to the point of stupidity) to be significantly toned down and the bloody outcomes to be ignored.

Like it or not the whole hype over school days is the blood. People who never play the game will be watching it to see which bloody ending it will end with. As for the sex, it probably will be tone down but they cut it out entirely. School Days without the sex and violence isn't school days.

I would say that School days without the sex isn't school days. The violence, however, is very optional. Just like rg4619 said - those endings are the most well known because of the ZOMG WTF factor, but they were never the defining feature of the story... unlike the sex (and the amount of it). I am 90% certain we will get a "normal" end, and out of the bad ends, those 10% are reserved for the suicide ending.

Schoold days wouldn't be School Days without the "screwing around", and i don't think it should even be called that without all the sex, but i can not say the same about the "bad endings". I understand that some people want to see them, but i wouldn't get my hopes up, because they aren't integral to the story by any means

We still don't know if they're going to go with the game paths, or a anime original --- blending both together seems like the best plan, though it makes you wonder if that could work with 12/13 episodes.

Not so high I would think since the upcoming School Days anime is non-adult.

It's pretty common in ADULT bishoujo anime to have protagonist bad endings where the guy dies for his misdeeds or the person he loves dies because of his stupidity (or because of ignoring her for so long). Adult anime aren't afraid to show bad gaming endings, but that might have something to do with the bad gaming paths often having more uh...titillating storylines for the H-anime viewers/buyers.

Maybe they could come out with an adult version School Days anime after the non-adult anime as they did with ONE. Then they could stick bad gaming endings at the end of each OVA episode like they did for that one adult gaming anime that I can't remember the name of now.

Maybe the anime producers can fudge and show the guy having a nightmare of one of the bad gaming endings before bringing out their happy anime ending.

Considering what the fans want out of this show, maybe the adaption will decide to take a page out of Higurashi's style and show us horrible demise after horrible demise.

Okay, that's not real likely either, but it would be different.

Hopefully the DVD only episodes will be a sort of 'alternate' ending for those that desire the other endings.

Which is why I bet the TV airing will follow a more normal course...

that would just be soo fun in itself *i support* ~ but thats if they want to be creative...even if there is more chance of a somewat normal end i would just drool over something extraordinary :3 (and im a bloodthirsty fan these days ~)

That is the same thing that is listed on Animesuki, that is a compilation.

There is no OAV or TV series before the current Tv series that will air in July.
