Maybe not as brutal as Zaku vs Strike but is still one of the best fight scene for the series...

I wonder if Reiji's going to build a new mech or is he going to simply repair Star Build Strike.

I absolutely love the resolve in the 2 fighters today. I'm glad the participants went all out. Though it wasn't an all-out annihilation between the two like Zaku Amazing, the straight up raw fight was really exciting to see, coupled with Felini's back story. The draw bugged me in terms of total match qualification points, but it was a deserving result, especially when:

Regarding Aila's invisible funnels, sounds like the color spraygun is required

From preview of the next episode, I'm assuming Sei's father built PPSE's boss Gunplas? The Commander and Beginning seems to match.

One of the best fights in one of the best episodes yet, and we aren't even in the finals. It can never be said enough:

HOW DID THEY MAKE THIS SO MUCH MORE ENTERTAINING THAN NORMAL GUNDAM??!!

On a side note, I guess GN fields aren't allowed either given the Alvatore's utter destruction.

And a Gyunei cosplayer trying to beat Qubeley Papillon with a Geara Doga equipped with funnels.

Was that Psyco Gundam Mark 2 that fought Nils in God Gravion or Xabungle colors?

Did ninja Nils have an actual fucking sword? Was he planning to threaten some lives?

Echoing everyone on how touching Fellini's & Wing Fenice's back story was. Throughout all those years, damn is that awesome.
1000000/10 fight. Right up there with Zaku Amazing vs Build Strike. Seriously can't wait to see the upcoming final matches even more now. Oh and hey, Sei's dad is finally appearing. About time!

BRB going to rewatch that fight 10/10

How are they going top this and I want the damn osts already.

Can we get real Build fighters sdgo is not longer doing it for me after this series I this or real gundams now.

That wasn't a garadoga wasn't it a jagd doga or what ever it is called.

Yea it was this

http://gundam.wikia.com/wiki/MSN-03_Jagd_Doga

The gundams don't have GN fields because plasky particles just make units move dont replicate their ability 100%.

Actually it's the Geara Doga, but with the Jagd Doga's shoulders and funnels:

Another incredible fight, the kind you only see once in a Gundam show... and so far we've already had two of them. It was so intense and brutal. Loved the strategy Sei used to catch Fellini's off-guard, very reminiscent of what Amuro did in the past.

Man, how did a show about Gunpla targeted at kids end up being so much better than any Gundam show in the past ten years?

Hence Ral's comment right before that setup about Sei's knowledge of Gundam stories....

It's good, but I don't think it has topped Seed( not including Destiny) and 00. But, it certainly is better than AGE.

Anyway, the battle was epic and all, but how is this supposed to show us they can defeat Mao, Ninja Boy, Yuuki, and Aila if they can barely fight to a draw with Fellini? Not trying to diss Fellini's skills, but I would put those four fighters above Fellini. So unless Sei improves the Star Build Strike even more and Reji does some more training with Fellini, I don't know if I can believe their eventual battle with Aila.

Since they mention the strain that the RG System causes the Star Buld Strike, you can bet Sei will build a gunpla later on that works correctly on it.

I see them saving a correctly adapted suit for a sequel, we will need a small time skip for that.

Easy there's no restrictions they can do whatever they want. There's none of that "We shouldn't fight" crap and such and "we should understand each other"

They can axe off main gundams because they don't have to worry about the pilots dying

That and it's all focused on 1-1 fights anyways. There's no massive battles between grunt suits and such.

On that matter Finland is wrecking havoc that nobody has figured out what her strategy is. I'm beginning to wonder if it's similar to Age Gundam where they had "energy funnels"

It seems that Reiji is somehow connected to the secret of the particles. I wonder what the huge secret is.

They also targeted Fenice's wing, OZ's strategy against the Wing Gundam.

Considering Reiji did fine against Yuuki (even though they lost, his Gunpla was wrecked as well), the skill gap (if there is any) between Yuuki/Aila/Nils/Mao/Fellini/Reiji is probably rather miniscule.
