1) Actual AI evolved from advance form of self-learning
2) A cyber computer species that evolved from data that gained sentient

Last half of Vol 5 will conclude the first arc and the first half will consist of LN exclusive side stories of what the other characters were doing during Ray VS Franklin.

The bonus short stories in this volume is essentially Chapter 0 showing what Franklin and Shu were doing while Ray made his character, and more background on Hugo.

No wonder Shu's called King of Destruction.

I bought volume 4 and read it completely. But I don’t see any side stories in the volume at all. No info on Shu or franklin. Only some background on Hugo that is part of the main story. May I know where u are getting the side stories for volume 4? Cause the copy of volume 4 I bought on kobo doesn’t have any side stories. Volume 3 which I bought on kobo has side stories on Marie and rook.

The Premium version if you get it via JNC has the bonus short stories.

Shu's "short story" was like an entire chapter by itself.

Btw we know the control AI are based on characters from the fairytale alice in wonderland and through the looking glass. Have the they named all the AI in the web novel? Currently I know of Cheshire, Jabberwock, Humpty, Red King and Queen from the light novels. But what about the rest?

there is also Door Mouse. White Rabbit and Alice.

I don't believed the rest has been name but you can probably guess the rest.

What about their roles too? Also Alice is part of the AI too huh? Currently this is their respective roles as far as I guess.

Cheshire: Doing the game intro/chores
Jabberwock: Management of UBMS
Red King: Gaol (aka infinite dendrogram jail for players)
Queen: Monsters in general?
Humpty: No clue at all really

Well yeah I know but Cheshire also says that his primary work is to be the tutorial guide and he does more intros than any other AI. Also went back to look at some spoilers in this thread and learnt about 2 more AIs, tweedledum and tweedledee and the duchess. So that makes 10/13 AIs.

They don't recognize each other. -Shu was an actor, singer, cook, martial artist, artist, etc. He doesn't work anymore, spends all his time in Dendro, but is rich AF. -Ray/Shu's sister is a weirdo. In Ray & his mom's phone call, its revealed that she was caught in a terrorist attack and casually mentioned she caught the criminals. Apparently stuff like this this happens all the time. -Ray's been raiding Altar's dungeon with the three girls he met during Franklin's Game. -Some "do you have a girlfriend?" talk with Ray's mom. It boils down to: Figaro: I got this, hold my beer. dies and takes out a head Tsukuyo: Lunar Society zerg rush total wipe and takes out a head Destroying two heads triggers King Ghidorah's super-mode.
