well Misaki may have been in the position of Misaka before he lost his memory. a girl he got to know by chance. maybe just like misaka he didn't learn Misaki's name. he called misaka "biri biri" for a long time. when did he even start using her name ?

and this is getting annoying. just what is wrong with these names. Misaka, Misaki and now that ı am watching Shingeki no Kyojin, we have "Mikasa". ı am deeply confused when writing names

No she didn't ... she just told him to stop calling her Biribiri. He still could have called her "Misaka" or "Misaka Mikoto" if he wanted, but he went for the "Mikoto" by himself.

I pick C. They need to be on a first name basis. Either that or Misaki-san.

Speaking of name basis, let me point out that there is no chance for Mikoto to have a rabu-rabu relationship with Touma until she either a) can refer to him by name instead of pronoun even if it's by last name, b) starts living with him like Index, or both.

if not forcing is the right word for it if she strongly say my name is misaka mikoto with sparks starting then I don't know what the meaning of forcing is
