the emperor doesnt even know that their are others... rolo and the others where made by the cult and kept secret from even the king...thats why the king got mad at v.v. for lying... suzaku's not intitled to any other information regarding geass.. he deosnt know about orange or even the location of the base... he only recieves little info and is kept in shade....

Erm i'm pretty sure the EMP showed him the SoA. That's something do do with geass. Probably.

He got mad at V.V. for sending an assassin, which was Jeremiah, not Rolo. Also, given that Lelouch could access detailed background info on Rolo, why wouldn't Suzaku be able to?

About Rolo, do you think Suzaku is aware of Rolo's power? I do believe that he should be aware about Rolo's power, right? Probably, he didn't vouch for Rolo because he might still be his ally.

Even if Suzaku was aware of Rolo's power he isn't aware that he had already betrayed him and has no reason to see why Rolo would kill Shirely.

I did say that Suzaku didn't vouch for Rolo. Anyway, I guess they both need another confrontation to clear things out. I wonder if Suzaku believes if Lelouch still cares for Shirley?

Considering that Suzaku thinks Lelouch is a heartless monster I'd have to say probably not if he truly did believe that Lelouch would kill Shirley.

It means that someone killed her and was able to make it look like a suicide, or she really did shoot herself, though unlikely as most people that do shoot themselves will usually go for the head. Also, killing her to make it look like suicide? You mean... Like GEASS does?

And also when Lelouch make people shoot themselves they usually do so by pointing their gun at their own heads or rifles at eachother, the only exception being Charles who shot himself through the heart for a quick kill. Shirley was shot in the gut and died a slow and painful death contrary to what we have seen with geass induced suicides, although Suzaku couldn't know this, but then he also couldn't have known that Lelouch have used geass to comand people to shoot themselves before, only that he can.

Um, what? Knowing that Geass can command people to do stuff, why can't he make the deduction that Geass can be ordered to kill someone?

And for all Suzaku knows, Lelouch could have just said "shoot yourself" which means it doesn't have to be a head shot or a heart shot.

Bottom line is that Suzaku was blinded by hatred for Lelouch and jumped to conclusions before properly confirming any evidence to his suspicions and looking like an idiot by going to Kallen with refrain when as proven by episode fifteen that had he tried to confirm it sooner with the Intelligence division, he would have know sooner.

He was upset and not in the right state of mind. Notice he still suspect Lelouch of doing it (especially now that he knows his memories are definitely back.) As for Kallen, again, for the 100th time, he was not quite in the right state of mind. He was angry and upset and he wasn't thinking clearly. He wanted to lash out just like Lelouch did, but at least he stopped himself. So what are you going on about?

What I mean is Suzaku was too angry to do the smart thing first and check the Intelligence Agency. He was clouded with anger and sorrow.

It's been a year since he's covered in anger and sorrow... And he wasn't even that close to Shirley to be so sorrowed.

I'd probably lose to Suzaku at chess since I'm a loss there but I wouldn't be looking for things where they clearly aren't.

Actually, that raises an interesting question. Instead of dicking around with Refrain, why didn't he tell the surveillance team "You're supposed to watch Lelouch 24/7, right? Where was he when Shirley died?"

Maybe, maybe not. Check Shirley's funeral scene again. He was clearly crying. He still considered ehr a friend of his and he is tired of Lelouch taking people away from him.
