Claire is really beautiful, even in the novel despite her... childish stature... just ask Kamito's verbal descriptions of her (She is the most described girl 3rd or 4th if you included Ren Ashtrap

Yes they are. You've known them as DxD's studio.

Also look at main Cast, much worse than I expect.

Don't expect any veteran seiyuu because this is low-budget (seems defined already).

I was afraid of this. Seirei was announced along with Mahou Sensou, Madan no Ou, and Seikoku no Dragonar at the same time like a promotion deal.

After seeing Mahou Sensou I got this feeling the other 3 series were going to be as low quality as that one was.
