Keima told Kanon that he can't monopolize Kanon. While she thought of it as he dumping her, I think she follows Keima's last words so she can shine by herself. Her song is not dedicated for one person and only, but towards all of her fans. If not, Keima capture would mean nothing to her.
No need to tell me to read the omake, I read them already.

It will be better not to take omake as reference, because we just found out from the latest chapter that the memory won't stay intact even if the girl possess a goddess, she still forget about it and remember it only after some period of time and the love get strong enough to make the goddess awaken.
The omake kinda similar anyway, they show different reaction to Keima or something that related to the memory with him and they don't remember why :
- Ayumi stopped calling Keima otamega
- Mio wanted to whip Keima
- Kanon reaction to kiss and katsura
- Shiori writing a book
- Kusunoki reaction to ice cream
- Chihiro heartbeat when she thought of who will become drummer (incidentally fits up Keima)
- Nagase thought of Nikaidou's too-revealing-outfit inappropriate as teacher make her vaguely remember that she herself kiss a student
- Tsukiyo gazing at Keima (although the 4-koma heavily focused on Luna so no confirmation whether Tsukiyo remember or not)
- Minami wanted to marry someone who also has spring-up hair
- Sumire vaguely remember she had a special someone
- In a shogi game with Tenri, Nanaka thought she lost the game when Tenri took her "Keima"
- When Yui saw Keima, she thought it won't be a problem if she wear male's suit in her wedding because the male can wear wedding dress instead
I don't count Rieko as candidate, but in the omake, her memory isn't erased and she still remember Keima. Although it will be funny to have a grandma as someone who possess a goddess.

Well, whether it's the author's lack of skill or the readers' lack of perception, Tenri and Diana already prepared even before the serialization. Wakaki said that there are 2 situation where he planned to get the two appear.
1 When the series has continued long enough that he can widen the story
2 For final arc if the series get canceled

Not that you mention it, Kanon and Shiori were the only ones who got omakes.

Personally I have to say I like this development. Despite what other people say, I do get the feeling that the author is keeping the series tightly knitted.

Like how Diana has a tsurime and Tenri has a tareme, it's a given physical/visual attribute to discern between the goddess and the host. As for the actual answer to your question, there is an ongoing theory that the manifestation of the Goddess via host's reflection may exist in a world of its own. The reflection of the real world may merely be a mirror image only in terms of visual perception and the reflective surface may be acting as a medium to their—the Goddesses'—own world. How exactly is this an answer to your question? Beats me; you figure it out.

桂馬「お前はもっとちがう意味で勉強しろ。」
などと言いながら登校中。大きな傘をさしたディアナがいる。頭の輪を隠したいらしい。
こちらも姉妹が、天界の女神が近くにいる予感がする。
ディアナ「桂木さんは先日、「舞校祭で一気に決着をつける」と言ってましたね。」

かのんはわからなかったが、その女生徒こそあの角つきメガネ。Target,Lock-ON......

テスト中。アポロはおびえて出てこない。
そもそもアポロの正体すらわからないかのんにとって、もう…どうしたらいいのよ…
ところで桂馬は、かのんと舞校祭で会えるとは限らない。今のうちに接触を図ろうかどうか考えて いた。

今夜もタクシーで帰宅したかのんは、マンションに着いたところで岡田(マネージャー)に起こさ れる。
相談してみようかとも思ったが、岡田は明日の予定だけ伝えて帰ったあと。
まあ人に言えた話でもないし…と思いながらオートロックの番号を入力。自動ドアが開く…
角つきメガネがかのんを狙撃。防弾ガラスでなかったら、かのんの頭は粉々だった。
かのんは悲鳴を上げながら自室に逃げ込む。
電灯をつけずにカーテンを閉め、岡田に電話するが電波が通じない。
気のせい気のせい…を無理やり思い込むようにして、布団に身を隠す。

翌日。携帯を手に警察なり岡田なりに電話しようかと悩んでいると、児玉に注意される。
窓の外から廊下が見える。その向こうから、不吉な足音とフードの影が迫る。
かのんは耐え切れず、悲鳴を上げ桂馬に飛びついた！教室内騒然。
かのん「私、桂馬くんしか頼れる人いない…」「私…最近変なの！！」
　　　　.「私…桂馬くんのこと…忘れてないよ…」「覚えてるよ……」

■かのん衝撃の告白！！次号巻頭カラー！！

Well, that was certainly fast. It's definitely not subtle, but it isn't necessary bad after 49 chapters of waiting.

Apollo is useless. She hasn't got her power back, but cowering in fear and hide and let Kanon in danger by herself is not good.
And Kanon rely on Keima, told him that she remembers and asking him for help right in front of their classmates. Will Keima be alright after this? It's not like they can fool the others by saying it's an act, hell memory wipe won't happen either for this. Well, Keima, good luck handling Kanon's fan going after your life.
Next chapter after this has color, probably we will get Akari in color?
