The trend of the de-valued RB position is really noticeable. No RB projected in the first round (Eddie Lacy or Gio Bernard may sneak in).
Many sport analysts say that this draft class is very low in recent years. The DE and CB are very deep as well this year, there are some good number of OLB and OT too. Kansas is up first, then follow Jacksonville, both teams are in dire need of many position so its unpredictable who will go first or second.

There aren't headline-grabbing prospects like we've seen in recent drafts (especially at QB, RB, WR or CB) but like Mike Mayock said yesterday, it's a deep draft.

It sounds like the kind of draft Carolina really needs. IF they can make cap space...they're in one of the worst scenarios in terms of cap space.

Chiefs or Cardinals, who do you guys think Smith would be a better fit at?

KC. Follow the path of Joe Montana, only at an earlier stage of the career.

I believe Reid is going to try and acquire Nick Foles due to familiarity.

Alex Smith since he has been replaced on the 49ers.

Then the Chiefs will draft Joekel or Fisher to play left tackle. Did anyone watch the combine today? Goodwin ran a 4.27 official!

Yikes, news that could change teams' boards big time, concerning Star Lotulelei (the no. 1 prospect on a lot of pro boards).

http://espn.go.com/nfl/draft2013/sto...ording-sources

Hopefully, it's not too bad.

^ I hope it's nothing too serious. It really is better to catch things like that now then later.

It may effect the Raiders as they were looking at him to draft with the 3rd pick in the first round. Regardless, depending on the seriousness of his condition, this may effect his draft stock a bit or a lot.

I believe it will affect his stock, but it all depends on the advice the specialists give him. He still has his pro day and interviews with other teams to either bolster or weaken his draft stock.

Cardinals, they're very familiar with what Alex can do since they've faced off against him twice a year for the past 8 seasons.

No, most of the fan base has come to conclusion that The Raiders staff wants to get back in some form the second round (or equivalent) pick they lost in the Carson Palmer trade, so a trade down is in most likely in order. This just further confirms what the Manti Te'o scandal made obvious.

Just saw that Manti Te'o ran a 4.82 40 yard dash, thats pretty bad, even for a linebacker

I guess this means his draft stock will drop even more now.

^ Yeah, but if he slips to the second or third, he would be a steal

^ Very true. IMO, I do think there is a possibility that he may slip down to the second or third rounds. After the poor and unimpressive performance in BCS National Championship Game, girlfriend scandal, and his most recent his failure to impress scouts at the 2013 NFL Scouting Combine. With these I do see that possibility it may happen.
