Here is a report with more details from someone else who has seen the film. http://outakuya.wordpress.com/2012/0...vie-2nd-event/

Wow, we get to see the society the Wolkenritter lived in at one point! I was hoping that would happen.

Well, I'm relieved that we know for sure that Fate does get adopted, there just aren't any words in the scene, which must be why there was some confusion amongst reviewers.

You really, really wanted to confirm Fate's adoption, eh? lol

I'm surprised at how few english viewer reviews there is compared to movie 1st. Only found three so far. Four if you count the guy on the Junk Guild forums.

Heh, yes.

Yeah, I'm surprised we haven't seen more reviews, but it's only been about six days since the film was released.

You're kidding...

You mean...

*GASP*

We actually get something that people WANTED that's not fluff?!

Impossible!

I mean, it's not like anyone wanted to know where Raising Heart came from... Or how Yuuno got it in favor of fluff, right?

Why would anyone care about Ancient Belka?

/Sarcasm

$1,545,587 is the Nanoha a's movie gross for the weekend.

Looking back, the first movie gross total for the weekend was only $658,809.

All in all, it seems to be doing very good.

Smile Music

I'm so upset the music for this movie is not by Hiroaki Sano!! It is instead by Misa Chujo. Don't get me wrong I already ordered the soundtrack for the movie and I like the way it sounds I just feel that they should have kept the composer that has done Nanoha music from the beginning his themes are pricless I was so lookinf forward to a remake of Namida no Imi, Negai no Yuukue!!!
I did some research and found that it was Hiroaki's decision to leave he felt he didn't have what it took to compose the music for A's.
I hope he somes back and does StrikerS that was some of his best music for the series. I especially want to hear a cinematic remake of Ace of Aces and my favorite track from Strikers Sono Namida mo Kanashimi mo ~Tsudoe, Hoshi no Kagayaki (Ver. StrikerS)~ which incase anyone forgot is the music that plays when Nanoha saves Vivio at the end of the season.
Who else agrees with me that Hiroaki should do Strikers?

Good that you remind me that the soundtrack is out. I'm gonna check it out now.

edit 1: awww eternal blaze orgol version :3

edit 2: Wow the A.C.S. track is different than expected. It's good, but not as epic as the original. It's my favourite scene in Nanoha
But Snow Rain is in it! “ヽ(´▽`)ノ”

edit 3: Overall I'm quite very disappointed. Lots of random doodeleydo trying to sound epic but it doesn't really click musically. The only track I particularly like is "Namida Harau Chikara" (#14 of the 2nd disc). Everything else feels lackluster. I have like 350 tracks played for the Movie 1st Soundtrack but I can tell that won't happen for this one.

I'm glad you agree. but do you think Hiroaki should come back and compose the music for the Movie 3rd StrikerS? I'm trying to find other people who are discontented with this music in hopes of convincing Hiroaki to return to the Nanoha franchise. But at the same time I'm not trying to dis this composer Chujo the music is beautiful in its own right I just think Hiroaki and Chujo should both do the music for StS that way we have the original sounds and rhythms as well as the style introduced in A's so nothing is unappreciated or left out. I even tried to contact Hiroaki on his blog with this idea but I haven't gotten a reply yet.

I don't care about who composes it as long as he does a good job at it.

But I can say that Hiroaki did an amazing job for the Movie 1st OST.

For the most part, I'm not too big of a fan of the music (but Innocent Starter from season 1 is a favorite), those the vocal songs are great. Eternal Blaze, Spiritual Garden, and Snow Rain have to make it in somehow.

Speaking of vocal songs, is there going to be any other Nana Mizuki song besides Bright Stream in it? IIRC Movie 1st had like three or so. D:
