You really think I'd seriously compare Brook to a cup of pudding?

Who can't?
But Pudding-brooke gives me an idea...
You know how Luffy continuously gets adjectives added to his name as a running gag?
Why not apply it here?

True enough. Move this over to the Brook thread, then?

I believe that Luffy is NEARLY ready to face those that he really needs to. I think that after he defeats his next enemy, he will have gained up enough strength to finally even fight Blackbeard. He has fashioned his new skills into real destructive power!

Spoiler for Enies Lobby Arc:

I do hope that they are also going to give more information about luffy's family. Haven't given us enough info yet about the "D".

Same here, serious Luffy is god-mode Luffy. When a goofball turns serious you just know you're in deep shit.

When I see him with those eyes with kill intent I even start to foam after my desk.

And if Sengoku tries to stop Luffy, he'll have bought it big time. If I was with Luffy at Impel Down and I turned into the Hulk, he better not stop me from destroying it and all the prisoners after he saves Ace because I might be too powerful for him. And considering Bartholomew Kuma is at Impel Down right now, I'd go after him and make him pay for sending Nami to an unknown place (unknown to Luffy at least). If Luffy reads my mind about Nami's suffering he can try and stop me IF HE CAN.

Just a note to everyone that the things between Luffy and Boa Hancock is the result of a one-sided romance as Luffy does not have the same crush on her.

Indeed, there is no such thing as romance between humans for Luffy. The only romance Luffy has is a manly romance, chasing his dreams through great adventures with his Nakama.
