For Allen's voice (Kobayashi Sanae) , Kanda's voice (Takahiro Sakurai) , and Bak's voice (Shinichiro Mikki), all of the three seiyuu mentioned in () right now are all gathered up together again in the anime Hatenkou Yuugi (Dazzle), performing the voices of the main leading trio.

Coincidences are nothing new. Contrast Miki Shinichiro (Bak) and Konishi Katsuyuki (Komui). In Gundam 00, they are somewhat counterparts as well.

(Personally, I find more characters from 00 and other recent Sunrise mecha series.)

The seiyu (VA) circuit is rather small. Almost everyone is every other's classmate from U/ from the same company. In a way, this helps, as what makes anime shine is the chemistry between the VAs.

I was brought to the verge of my seat watching throughout the entire episode.

It was not a fair view for me to watch Tykki kicking Lavi-ass unpunished, and not even Lavi's fire-thunder seal combo did something against Tykki's tease tricks.

Add in the humongous, combined Akuma with his retarded face and ultimate shot of firebolts, laying waste the town to the town unpunished, and I was set off in a pissed mood.

The episode truly brought the hopelessness and despair situation of the Exorcists at Edo upon being on the mercy of the Earl and the Noah, and yet their hard-thought strategies and attacks were crushed as easily as dust.

It was just pure marvel the empathy that Chomesuke pulled on me when she was worried alone about reaching her limits, and she still embarked onto the road of peril with the rest of the exorcists knowing full well beforehand that it would be her last crusade.

Chomesuke fared well and at the end made her graceful sacrifice, worthy of a modified Akuma who was acknowledged as the best of all friends among the Exorcists' brethren.

Like Lavi I felt as well wasted and frustrated, and my rage boiled even further when after all the trouble that put the combined efforts of Bookman, Lavi, and Krory to bring that retard-ass giant of Akuma kneeling down, then Tykki has to show up of all places and sticked his nose to prevent the tide of batte from turning to the Exorcist's side.

Did anyone felt some My-Otome's vibes with the flashback introduced to visually portray the Earl's explanation about the musician?

All those piano keyboards swirling around plus the piano.

The musician severed all connections that made the Ark go haywire. It explains now Road's encasing herself inside that white ball. She's currently downloading the program into a new ark.

Skinn commented that Road is the eldest child among the Noahs, and thus has the qualifications to be the current musician.

The traitor Noah, who was the previous musician, gave those qualifications to somebody, and we all (Jas&Devi included as no pun) might think as well that Cross is that person.

I wonder if the eldest of all Noahs is the chosen one to assume the musician's role?
I ask this, because there could be the possibility that the Noahs may have generations.

It would be a generalization for me to say that the traitor Noah was the eldest Noah at the time, but I have bases to sustain that the traitor Noah came from one generation before Road's.

In the manga, it's about the same, if not exactly. The fillers in 72 are Chomesuke's parts. In the manga, Hoshino-sensei didn't manage to do her death scene decently.

No. Her death scene went according to the manga.

In the manga, Lavi was still stucked up fighting Tykki at the time, therefore, only Bookman and Krory rode on Chomesuke to take on the Giant Akuma head on.

Moreover, Bookman sighed at the thought that if only Allen ever became awared that Cross implanted the self-destruct mechanism in the modified Akuma, then he would be upset.

The reason why Chomesuke's death was not decently handled in the manga was because "it/she" became another stastical sacrifice in order to contribute the Exorcists with the fight.

The anime changed radically her character so as to give her both a little bit of development and personality to become empathetic to both the characters and to us (the audience)
In order words, she was elevated to the role of a friend and equal comrade for the Exorcists.
- Lavi fell in love with her "human" form, and with the course of time they took to reach Edo he actually grew empathetic of Cho-chan even when she fell in danger.
- (anime-original) Chomesuke offered Krory to drink her blood in order for him to strengthen but refused, since he will not drink from a friend.
Actually, Cho-chan looked quite sexy when she pulled the right side of her kimono below to the shoulder, leaving her neck bared and exposed.
- Lavi mourned for Chomesuke when he witnessed her death.

Her death in the anime took an emotional toll, because we saw her how she deeply went interacting with the Exorcists and earning their friendship during the previous episodes, moreso, in her last moments.

And I cannot tell what's inside the box that Cho-chan gave to Lenalee. Although that scene is anime-original as well, it will contribute to a manga plot later on in the story; the contents are manga spoilers. However, feel free to speculate what are the contents inside.

I must admit everyone put up a pretty damn good fight despite being exhausted injured and serverly out numbered. Lavi handled himself very well against Tykki even remembering the footage of Allen getting a slap in. It really hurts that Lenalee's legs are still injured they dont have the strength of the sky like that had in the past and are pretty much stuck on the ground. I was shocked to hear that there was Noah that betrayed the Earl in the past im sure the manga readers knew about this before this is very interesting and sparked my interest to research more.

Poor Chomesuke she was a fun character while she lasted and gave her life for her friends but i was still sad to see her go I didnt think it would as emotional as it was but that just tells me her character made an impact on me. I dont suppose there a chance whatever is in that box could allow us to see her again like revival? although im pretty sure that the box contains blood from her to Kyrory. Man so many people who are still in the OP are either missing, injured like crazy or DEAD makes you kind of sad.

But Kanda has arrived Im interested to see how Tykki does when facing not only an Exorcist of Kanda's caliber plus one thats not injured or has not been fighting endless battles. Honestly, Tykki has fought Allen after he had been exhausted pretty much had used up all his power and Lavi is working on one arm multiple injuries from the incident on the boat. Over all the show is still great and the direction we are heading to i guess is Allen meeting everyone again after using the Ark at least i hope im just not sure how far we are from him meeting everyone again.

Well despite on the filler eps midway through I'd actually love to watch the series more than to read the manga. But don't get me wrong; of course the manga is awesome though It moves really fast. Though the good point of it is it's non-stop action. And when I mean non-stop I literally mean it.

I struggled much on keeping to watch the current opening due that both Anita and Mahoja are featured in it, although both died eight episodes ago.

Now I will have to endure with the current ending along with the opening due that Chomesuke, who is now dead, is featured in both of them.

But on a lighter note, we're now in March which means we're just one month away from a new opening and ending sequence change.

Plus, in nine more days the CD single to the current ending is going to get released for sale.
