This is how it started. I don't know why but I went to my "msconfig" and activated "system diagnotics" and restared my computer.

Everything went basic (WTF?!). Audio's gone and my computer looks like a plain old computer.

After thinking hard what to do I went back to "msconfig" and run it in "normal"... Well, that solved nearly everything (audio's back and the my deskstop looks like how it should be) except my wallpaper. Oh, my computer is Windows 7 starter only so another program, Oceanis runs my background wallpaper, but all Igot is this blue screen.

Whenever I open a tab and minimized it, get a quick view of my wallpaper and then back to blue screen.

I don't know why it doesn't appear but I knew it in running. Please need some help. T_T

Just found a guide. Fixed the problem.
