I agree with Kyonko's line at the end. Mitsuuru is making no sense, as this scene relied heavily on the actual physical interaction between Kyon and Mikuru being the catalyst of the End Game scenario. As Haruki was practically thrilled at the sight of Mitsuuru having a girl climbing all over him, there's no logical reason for Mitsuuru to believe that this situation would cause a problem.

And Mitsuuru being who and what he is, he'd naturally overestimate his own responsibility in the matter. It's his job to safeguard the future and all ...

Mitsuuru is pretty much always worried about his own shortcomings, if he's truly like Mikuru. Despite the fact that (s)he has practically zero input on events, (s)he is the time agent responsible for safeguarding the future by keeping Haruh/ki in check somehow. Remember the time (s)he laments his/her lack of experience, combined with determination to do his/her best somehow?

Haruki doesn't feel threatened by the possibility of a Mitsuuru/Kyonko relationship, which has been stated as the actual reason for the change. If Mitsuuru really thinks he's to blame, he's even worse than Mikuru.

Yes, this was done rather quickly on MS Paint (out of sheer boredom)... And it's my first animated gif (indeed... )... Please don't hate me, even though Kyonko isn't all that pretty in it
