Thought that we can start a thread on the upcoming PSP game.

STORY:

Quote:

Set in 1974, ten years after the events of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and four years after Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops. The game is set in Latin America, with Big Boss as the central character once more. When an unknown military force invades Costa Rica, the nation must rely on Militaires Sans Frontiéres, the mercenary army that will eventually give rise to Outer Heaven.

The gameplay looks like MGS4, hoping they have over the shoulder aiming too.

PLEASE NO. Well, at least it looks they changed the gameplay for a more MGS4 style... I think i will get a PSP GO sometime(if it happens to be as nice as it seems right now), so i'll probably get this one if that happens.

Is it bad that when I saw this thread I misread it as "Metal Gear Solid: Pacemaker" |D;

I wonder if we'll see familiar faces from Portable OPs like Gene or Young Colonel

Its co-op with 3 other players, that alone is enough to say its not a "new coat". Besides whats wrong with the game looking similar?

I bet that mysterious armed force, is backed by Zeros Patriots, and that's what really set Big Boss off his rocker. I hope everyone in this game refers to Big Boss as Big Boss and not Naked Snake.

Matty's Blog has an update regarding Peacewalker screencaps for the game.

Kojima also said that he wants to aim for a PS3 quality with Peacewalker too.
