So much fluff in that opening song.
This is definitely contender for cutest show of the season or maybe even year. Senko-san is just too adorable.

Was a good adaption but at the same time a bit boring and very slow paced, the manga since it have short chapters don't have this issue, imo. Maybe 12" instead of 24" was a better format. The last part in first person was infact just a filler.
Anyway will be surely another success for Doga Kobou. |

"Nakano! The other team's project is all messed up!"
"Sucks to be them, then. Bye!" THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE GONE! I still think that it says something about Japan's work culture that the only way to survive is to have a divine being show up to heal your soul.

This is going to be a very cute and feel good series. A nice and slow show that fits since a big focus is on Nakano actually getting a chance to relax and de-stress.
If nothing else, the fluffy glory of Senko's tail is going to carry this show far.

I should've expected that bit at the end (anime original, by the way) but I didn't. This is a very sincere series. Not that it's a bad thing.
Read most of the manga just before, and the adaptation did a great job. Looking forward to the weekle fluff. |

So I've heard good things about Sewayaki Kitsune no Senko-san, but haven't gotten around to reading the manga, so I decided to take a shot at the anime first.
All I can say is that this first episode was very mofu mofu in the mofu mofu sense, where mofu mofu mofu mofu, mofu mofu mofu mofu mofu mofu. Mofu Mofu Mofu mofu mofu touch fluffy tail mofu, mofu mofu mofu mofu mofu mofu.

"Finally done" my ass, this doesn't even compile (no return statement for failure case; rest of the document is entirely blank for at least several lines, so it's not under that either), let alone doing any actual testing. I certainly hope he only has it saved locally and didn't commit it to a branch anyone else was working on because in that case it now breaks for everyone working on that branch. But even disregarding that, what the hell is up with that else? He doesn't type afterwards so it's not just a placeholder (or it's an uncommented placeholder which would be even worse). Does this guy actually know how to code? I also just realized when looking at the code again after watching the episode that the translation completely misses the wordplay in the comment he writes; when looking purely at the code it appears to say 'I want to return this [value]' explaining what the code does, but it actually has a hidden double meaning (which is what the translation shows) as it can instead be interpreted as 'I want to go home'. |
