Well, I guess for me, the super rare evolutions will be the 4th shifts or something. Second shift is shown to be rare in series but I think it's more uncommon since the cast weren't too shocked about second shift. They treated it more as a surprise they didn't want to see instead of an impossibility.

I.S. development is expensive, and if your country is a sparsely populated, backwater island, you are certainly not getting one.

There ARE exception I can think, such as Singapore. A small island, population similar to that of large city, but damn rich and modernized. Indeed at least they'll get one or two unit.

However, seeing that we also knew there are mass produced I.S. frame such as Uchigane or Raphael Revive, it was possible those smaller/poorer country do not develop their own frames, instead they bought them.

Assuming each participant of Mondo grosso II has 12 cores each, we have 23 countries = 276 core owned. So indeed there's a chance that the smaller countries still got them, but definitely not all of them

North Korea is a rich and powerful country you know, of course they still got their share.

No exact answer, she was winning Mondo grosso 1 in that picture, but again I believe it was post high school (18 years).

Innocent lives being sentenced to death for a crime which they did not committed just happen to be one of the darker side of life.

That's pretty much the case, STARIS protocol is "All those that gaze on a member of STARIS shall be silenced." if they are caught in the public eyes as an agent of STARIS.

Kenneth however, during his time of emotional instability, made this very indiscriminate with IS pilots; so yes, he did kill alot of innocent IS pilots who were in the wrong place at the wrong time. It really doesn't help that his superiors after losing Angel kinda aided in pushing this "ultimate killing machine" idea anyways.

@ CmmdrRosh - Just don't make him too strong. Too many writers can't resist giving their OC's too much attention and toys.

@ Senpai - how did she take care of Ichika if she was busy doing that?

Not really, STARIS did suffer alot of losses due to Kenneth being emotional unstable, dropped him from Lieutenant Commander to Midshipmen... And the Three kinda backed his case.

There's alot of high risk, high return with Kenneth.

If the enemy isn't dead after he uses the Phoenix Overdrive, then he's pretty much screwed. Also, as part of his story as a Scion Iniate, his left arm was replaced with advanced Biomedical Engineering Technology, which helps power his suit. Spend too much energy, and his Suit cannot be deployed. Also, he received complications with the bio-augmentations mainly his heart, so if he spends all the energy, he gets a heart attack

Why would they even defend a mass murderer? Unless he's being given special attention/treatment, he'd be executed or jailed on capture.

Well, if Kiritsugu can get away for most of his deeds as the Magus killer, I can't see why Ken can't do something similar.

@Eratas: Well, we'll see how his story develops. Most of the complaints would revolve the main OC overriding the main cast at mostly everything (so far, Cecilia has been beaten) and the author already explained about the nanomachinery. But I believe there should be a little emphasis about if the nanomachine tech is perfect or not and Kenn suffering some side effects.

Ii still have a hard time trying to analyse his character as he could be cold one moment then pleasant the next. For example, I don't think that ken would reveal his past to Cecilia THIS SOON after the first battle where the two were aiming for the other's throats.

Taking care of Ichika? Maybe took a lot of side job, she often left Ichika by himself. Note that Chifuyu always act aloof and spartan in front of him, wanting him to be a strong, independent man. Yet she didn't want Ichika to stray too far from the road she paved... nice, but flawed logic I'd say.

But of course, that's just my usual deconstruction take on it. I have several, more positive interpretation if you wish to hear.

I don't think Vatican get one, they don't have military force, what with only having 800 people.

Frankly, I don't know Kiritsugu, but I knew statistic, if you know what I mean.

Kiritsugu is acting on his own, he wasn't part of the military or unit. They were calling him Mage killer for a reason. A better example would be James Grayson from Resistance: He went AWOL and destroyed 50 enemy bases. Still got court martialed and jailed since he went AWOL. That's how a military unit works. Vigilante acts don't get rewarded.
