It really isn't that good and it's about a girl named Miyoko but she isn't the same person that's from higurashi

According to interview of Ryukishi I read a long time ago
The Miyoko in this manga/novel would be a 'possible future' for the little Tanashi Miyoko of the secret ending of Matsuribayashi-hen, piece 52. The world where she doesn't get involved with Hifumi, Hinamizawa, Tokyo, etc...

If anyone is willing to edit, I'd be glad to translate

They already finished Onisarashi, Yoigoshi, Utsutsukowashi, and Himatsubushi. They aren't the group that did Tatari or Watanagashi. So which arc are you reffering to?
