@Demi:
Yes, but with a modest increase in cost. The easiest way to do it is to douse the Kevlar with shear thickening fluid that I mentioned before. This will allow the reduction of the amount of Kevlar layers without losing protection. This doesn't cost much, perhaps even making the armor cheaper because of the Kevlar layers that can be removed.

Another way is to use more exotic material, like for example Vectran. I'm just going to list of possible body armor materials in order of strength and cost.

Kevlar: 5 times stronger than steel, $1/gram
Vectran: 10 times stronger than steel, $5/gram
Biosteel: 20 times stronger than steel, NA
Carbon Nanotubes: 117 times stronger than steel, $500/gram

@ Demi - Yeah, thought it was stupid, then I actually watched an episode It's incredibly depressing outside its funny nature: Finn's the last human on earth, the earth got destroyed in the "Great Mushroom war", and the Ice King's backstory of how he was a happy man with a lover who turned into an insane pedophile who takes princesses because of his last memory of his lover's nickname is really sad. When Finn dies, humans will die.

@ Senpai - How would the girls react to Ichika peeking on them?

By the way guys, at page 666-668, I think there was a discussion in chromosomes, and then came up the assertion that the male gender is slowly dying out. Recent research reveals that this is completely untrue.

Link: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/0..._n_421919.html

The research paper also shows that apparently, the Y chromosome is more evolved than the rest of the human genetic code. The Y chromosome shows a 30% difference from that of chimps DNA, compared to the 2% difference in the X chromosome and all other chromosomes that we have.

Go men!

@Demi: You can make the armor lighter by using STF liquid for all layers. This will reduce weight without increasing the cost. Or you can use Vectran for the last layer instead of Kevlar. Or use Vectran doused with STF liquid.

Normal Kevlar layered armor: 12Kg
STF Kevlar layered armor: 10Kg
STF Vectran layered armor: 5Kg

Okay, who would be the happy ones? The "Die!" happens in every other situation.

@ Greedy - Gender Equality is best

What about Kanzashi, Tabane, or Laura?

Side note - Faceless Mooks tend to have odd effects.

Kanzashi probably angry but it's normal and understandable anger. Tabane and Laura... would they even care?

hmmm... I'm stuck on the force redirection armor.

Though the vectran layered armor seems very appealing.

Can you give me suggestions for Faceless Mooks masks? So far I have Gas Mask, Hoods, and Zoom Goggles.

Are those practical for combat ops? The gas mask, hoodies, and sensors can be used for those. All in all, I just need 2 more since I just need 5.

Well, it was at least sweat-absorbent, and keep yourself warm in cold weather, both are extremely mundane but certainly useful.

The last one... how about stylized bulletproof helmet?

Would healers/medics usually use less armor compared to the others in a squad?

Not necessarily, however, they usually carry less firepower than their pal. Simply because they should carry extensive amount of field supply and move fast from point to pint.

Certain exceptions exist, though, such as grenade-happy medics of US troop during Vietnam war. It was due to circumstances.
