This one could be tricky.

Two main characters, high school guy and a girl. The girl is some kind of fighter, and wears a collar. For some reason, she and the guy are linked- she gets hit, he feels it. There was one ep with her getting beat up by guys in black suits w/sunglasses, but that's about all I saw.

Is that even close to enough to go on?
