The new Naruto opening is Seishun Kyousou Kyoku by Sanbo Master. The title means something like Youth's Wild Melody.

"オンナのコオトコのコ" = Onna no Ko, Otoko no Ko

I don't think I've ever heard the phrase 'Otoko no Ko' before, but if it's similar to 'Onna no Ko', then it means something like Young Women, Young Men. Alternately, considering the cutesy nature of the song, Girls & Boys might work better.
