I'm guessing this show will be the type where a new character is introduced every episode (or few episodes) to keep things fresh? There's really no other way I can see this working. The lack of characters in the first episode not only made the whole feel of the show a bit awkward for me, but the "moment" towards the end made me feel like I was watching the before last episode or something. I'm all for strong emotions, but I find it odd they'd feel a need to pull that sorta theme out in the first episode.

I for one think I might like this. If it goes the way I hope at least. I want to see her slowly make him "moe" for her more and more. She's already made him "moe" for her tears, so slowly have him grow attracted to more and more things about her. She gained proof that he is indeed capable of attraction to 3D girls (to his own astonishment), so seeing her gradually put pieces together could be cool. Next up get him moe over her angry face, or her smile/laugh, or any number of other emotions. Bit by bit create more faces he can't get enough of until every time he looks at her he sees a bit of one of those things, and can't help but feel just a little bit on account of this. Who knows, after 13 or more episodes she might actually manage to become his waifu. Would certainly be funny if over time his new characters started to show more and more traits in common with her until they're basically 2D versions of her.

I guess the club's biggest problem in my opinion would be not the drawings of 2 Dimension girl, slacking off, but taking a picture of a girl sitting down on a chair with a certain appeal that shows its under garment and drawing it.
But Usami might have forgave the club president with a bleeding head as result of hard hitting with a steel bat. Even if Usami told the teacher as who is being the club adviser, the teacher seemed careless about the club itself, let it slide somehow with a condition. I wonder if this kind of thing happened only once so far? |

Ep 01
First ep was okay. In my case the problem is with the source material - for me it is hit and miss. Sometimes pretty good comedy, other times "meh". That aside the adaptation DOES seem to be in pretty good hands studio-wise. I thought the episode itself was well done. Enough so that I think I will give a few more eps a try.

The only thing funny for me here is that the MC is only into '2d girls', when the heroine is stock tsundere to a tee. Seriously buddy, they're called 2d girls not only because of how they're drawn, but because of how they are characterized as well.
A big miss overall for me, but then again I'm told the most amusing girl of the series hasn't been introduced yet. Will stay for a couple more; after all, Tanaka-kun only got real interesting after the 2nd episode, so maybe this will be the same?

Rather laid back episode 1. More focused on the two main characters. Not bad but still so so. I hope the the introduction of other characters will enliven the dynamics.
Anyway, what's that girl doing in that locker. Did they just locked her in the clubroom? |

Yeah agreed. The manga grew on me. Gave me some K-on feels. It's best to watch with this in mind - it's slice of life ie it doesn't really have a plot. |

As someone who caught up to the latest chapter for the manga in just one day. I'm very satisfied with this anime adaption. It's got great visuals, and surprisingly high budget animation than your usual slice of life, and the voice actors are great. The scenes seems to be animated well although it seems like the chapters aren't being shown in order but that's okay because it doesn't really matter since it's not a ongoing plot anyways. I will look forward to every single episode each week!

If it makes you laugh, then it's good.
I loved Kitakubu Katsudou Kiroku, Go-Home Club, because the jokes are funny. I might have been the only one. Budget doesn't matter in comedy anime. It's one of the best genres if the budget is low. Did not know 付き合ってください could mean "please bear with me." "Please go out with me" has to be much more common meaning for this. |

Episode 1
This was amusing. The only one serious about actual art is Usami. Uchimaki is good at drawing and stuff but he's interested in creating his perfect waifu despite having, like, 18 already. Usami has a crush on him but can't bring herself to tell him that and can't also bring herself to stop him from leaving after drawing his perfect waifu. Lol Uchimaki told Usami to sit in a cute pose but ended up drawing a completely different girl with only the pantsu being the same as hers and even that wasn't visible from her pose. Apple man was kinda weird lol. The comedy is so far good here. The visuals are also good since this is coming from Feel. Usami is super kawaii at times which is also a plus. Now to see the rest of the problematic gang of the art club. |

Episode 2:
So many misunderstandings this episode LOL Oh God that was funny, loved how they are presenting President with his character. He's becoming my favorite character in this series. Uchimaki is also such a dense guy. I mean, it's so obvious that Usami likes him but he's too interested in his 2D waifus lol. Got a bit weird with the segment when he saw the little girl walking past him lol...

All right, faking your own death... possibly not the worst response in that situation. That earned a laugh.
...What. Who the heck was judging these pieces. Um... hmmm... nope. That's not worth talking about... and that's not worth talking about... Oh, it was obvious from the moment she appeared that he was talking about the chara-strap on the girl's bag. So next episode finally properly introduces Colette? This art club has been needing another person to spice it up. It might make it in time to pass the three episode test. Maybe.
