So it's Elel's time to suffer...this week. Ramiel's corrupted form is also creepy imo compared to the other girls so far, maybe it's those mysterious eyes...

Also, does anyone take notice of the military/training segment? I know it's for comic relief but those girls are also corrupted.

Almaria's become entranced with Saya. Silly mosquito, she offered you her blood so you all wouldn't die, not because she wanted to become your wife.

So... one at a time everyone's going to reveal that they were actually really close to Amane, but for whatever reason they don't think to speak up about how important she is to them until it's time to head to their world. Wouldn't want to have any backstory being revealed too early, after all. Any media executive knows that viewers don't have the attention span to remember anything you told them for longer than 30 seconds.

I'm not cynical, hush.

Ramiel is totally nucking futz. More so than the others we've focused on so far. Possession has definitely broken something in her brain. Self-loathing may be the biggest part of what drives her right now, but it's also amplified her distrust to the point of paranoia.

Was Saya able to detect Elel because she sensed the light from those wings? That's a much more effective way of using her light powers than she's had before. That curly whip-thing of hers is inefficient, though. Light is light: it travels at the speed of... well... light. When you've already got something that is effectively a hit-scan ranged attack why would you slow it down into something that people can dodge?

Practically every post before yours made some comment about them, so it's pretty obvious that we're taking notice of them. But what are they trying to accomplish? If they were actually trying to acheive the ouroboros' plan, and just failing comically, that would be funny. But just standing around doing random fake military training that should have nothing to do with either their past or their present situations... sorry kids, but it just doesn't work for me.

I read in the series' website that Saya hasn't mastered her powers yet. It's clear she's slowly figuring things out though. I think she'll become crazy strong when she gets the hang of it.

Funny thing tho, in the mobage there are several cards depicting the character's many facets, as well as them "growing up".
Like Miumi, who starts with "low twintails" and changed to the hairstyle used in the anime (long hair+twintails).
Among those, the one with the most notable of changes is Ramiel:

Ramiel's profile in the anime webpage does mention her having a complex about her wing of light and then this happens...well, it does give more depth to the character

But yeah, Ramiel is hitting Elel where it hurts the most: debating about the meaning of friendship, albeit twisted by her corruption.
It also shows how Elel's Exceed works, the feelings have to be mutual for her to borrow her friend's power.

Well, seems that joining the Dark Side will not only lose reason, but it heightens emotion which some characters like Ramiel tend to be creepy with her yandere vibes!

In any case, I hope Elel can save her senior before the Red World has turned into nothing.

I been wondering if the corrupted Baka-siblings already been like that even before they were caught and turn to the dark side (even tho it's the a-driver that's caught, same thing really)

Which... would kinda make sense cause they were too airheaded and reckless and got caught easily. (bet they can't really fight at all, LOL)

Also, why are all the corrupted Tsundere-Yuri with a Sadistic tone for their Juniors?... LOL (even tho it's the hightened emotion, but that just mean they already have those emotion deep inside, just now letting it out)

At this pacing, I guess they are going to get de-corrupt each of the main girls. Meh, I hope the next episodes will change up themes a bit. Also, the side segment of the tank washing...What?!

The power of friendship..kind of? Elel just talked Ramiel out of her corruption

Judging by the order, the White World should be next. Problem is, there doesn't seem to be much of a relationship between Stella and Carene.
I say this because in Carene's profile, it pretty much states that she cares deeply about her little sister, Xenia (and from what I've seen, Xenia doesn't appear to have been corrupted, just unconscious).

Meanwhile, Stella's only interest is speed.

Was a nice change of pace to have the conflict resolved by talking it out. One case where they didn't have to beat each other up to get the job done

. Good for Elel. Learned a few things through this situation. Sometimes being honest to a fault is a good method. It's alright to argue with friends just make sure things are ok at the end of the day.

Alma....has certainly gotten a bit concerning. Saya might have to watch her back going forward. Might start going Yandere on Saya at any moment. At least once she realizes that while clearing the blood drinking was important to her....Saya doesn't share the romantic feelings about that. Oh boy...

Isn't that horrible game design?
I'm not a player of mobile games. How is that interesting?
In games like Magic the Gathering, there are good cards printed at all rarities. Not sure about Pokemon CCG but I'm sure it's the same.

Actually, there's an event going on at the moment where you can get UR Elel.

They always manage to throw in a bit of fanservice

imo I think the logic behind it is that, like Miumi's case, the dark version of the outfit was recreated by their power, and when they were freed from the corruption...it fell apart

EDIT: Chapter 7 of the webcomic is out. Elel goes all out to promote the strengthening of friendship

Ange Vierge might be the most underappreciated show of the season.

It's plot is pretty straightforward, but the dialogue is superb and the characterization is rock solid. And at least the plot changed it up a little this time, with Elel being able to resolve the situation through words.

Almaria's feelings for Saya are honestly kind of cute, even if slightly disturbing. I'll admit I tend to have a thing for yuri yanderes.

Saya does seem to be slowly but surely becoming the beloved leader of the group. She's doing such a good job of it that it actually gives me a feeling of Blue World pride, lol.

People asking what does it mean to be a friend? Well if you see their ability, try to copy it and it works, I guess they are your friend!

Maybe it's based on whether Elel thinks the person is a friend rather that the person themselves.
Haha, she actually does this to confirm friendship. Twice!

Power copying can be really broken. She ought to be the strongest out of our UC team.
