Interesting documentary. Indeed, e-jobs are the main source of income for many people, since it usually pays in USD (especially back during the adbar browse-for-cash period).

damn those are pretty good documentaries.

you do feel sorry for those people, but hey at leased its not crime, sure they ruin the game for people, but you shouldn't blame them, you should blame the gamers who are wiling to pay for it, not the ones who are filling the demands.

Fantastic documentaries! I have always wanted to watch a documentary about goldfarmers, since many people, including myself, don't fully understand their lifestyle and environment. I was actually expecting far worse for these people; I imagined their work place to be like a pigpen, with a militant type operation which include bosses with whips and one lash for every mistake they make. I am actually happy that they are well taken cared of.

to me they seem to be having fun i mean...making a living out of doing something fun...must be one of the most enjoyable jobs in the world lol ~ sure i wont mind getting payed to push a few buttons and watch on screen characters kill each other ~ and being a former WoW player...a 40 man lan raid is insane and i dont see anything wrong with gold farmers...they arent hacking into the system but just playing by the rules and for 12 hours more than what anybody would do that all :3

Well, It won't be much fun if you have every piece of gold and item been taken away from you. It's just work, just like any treasure hunter.

i think the philosophy for most of those people are "I'm playing game and i'm making money". The being a gold farmer is not necessary... there are better jobs out there and they choose to be one of the farmer is not because they want to get a stable money, it is because they like to do that in the virtual environment.
