It is a light novel. サカモト６６６ or Sakamoto 666 is the author. Same author as the one that did the 1hp novel but quit doing it for some reason.

Junpei Takeda, a high school student, is childhood friends with Noriko Tatsumiya and the bully Kido Shouta. One day, during the usual course of bullying Junpei, they were suddenly summoned to a different world by the whim of "God". Summoned Heroes with cheats, or so he thought. But it turns out Junpei's stats were even worse than an average farmer. Tricked into a deadly labyrinth by the only one he trust, he walks the journey for revenge.

I dont really understand why that girl talked to the main character like that when he was about to enter the dungeon, i mean what was the point of that also if they were going to escape why did sacrificed main character it doesnt make sense.

Still it doesnt make too much sense for me also that girl didnt seemed that evil and even saved main character from bullying (author made an inconsistent character)etc... Author seemed to force things there because he wanted drama but in the first place there isnt even a reason formain character to sacrifice himself for the girl. All these forced events made me dislike the novel from the beginning.

besides i don't think this is shounen, I believe it's seinen thus left implied is acceptable.

if this is shounen then it is unacceptable, because teenagers can't think for themselves, they need to be spoon feed with information to know what's going on

I getcha but Noriko knew Junpei much longer than that shithead. And the way she sadistically betrayed was inhumanely cruel. That's not exactly a long time friend (and one you helped in the past) would do.
But I do get the feeling she was dating that scumbucket before they were sent to that world.

Perhaps that twisted deity corrupted her beyond the point of salvation, just so Junpei would fall and become a nearly unstoppable murdering machine.

I am raelly surprised by the 180 to how she was previously portrayed. I mean they werent just friends, they were childhood friends and she went as far to save him from bullies. She also said it was all her idea and that she was useless too but she could offer her female body to him (while letting him feel her up) what?. She was down right nasty to him and whats with those evil clown faces ? Was that really needed ? A simple "sorry but your too weak, goodbye" would of been an adequate response.

I am all for betrayal mangas, but this one feels... whats the best word to use ? forced ? unprepared ? totally random?.

And also the bully and girl said they are going to run away ? Do they really need to kill him, couldnt they just run away without him ? I am ok if thats what sets up the story, but so many questions I have about this :/
