Kimi ni Todoke- the movie mostly covers the events of the first season although it has a more conclusive ending (the manga is still ongoing, and the anime's second season has recently concluded.) Pretty good movie and quite faithful to the manga's story and tone.

Nodame Cantabile has an eleven-episode live action version, plus two feature-length movies based on the Paris-Hen and Finele sequels.
The noitaminA series Moyashimon has both an animated and a live-action version. I've also just started watching the live-action version of Bartender. It's very different from the anime (don't know about the manga). It merges together some of the stories that the anime treats separately, and the relationship between Ryuu and Miwa is much more romanticized than it is in the anime. In general, I find it hard to appreciate the "over-the-top" style of acting in Japanese comedies. I couldn't watch live-action Moyashimon despite enjoying the animated version. Nodame is a bit better, especially in the later episodes of the live-action TV series. I got tired of Ueda Juri's performance in the titular role when I started watching the movies, but Tamaki Hiroshi is excellent as Chiaki.
