No. HMA was developed to combat original demon lords and given to floor masters, but others got a hold of them and become the definition of current demon lords.

No way! That would soil his awesomeness, besides there's no way the higher ups would allow that see that it took that much effort to neutralize him in the first place. Also he is one of humanity's last trail so that's a no-go.
