Being a Psychopath since birth eh?, now thats awesome, she displayed some of these traits in the first chapter before becoming a taker.

1. Her dreaming about Reiji and it looking like she was strangling, when infact she was showing her love for Reiji in the dream, twisted isn't it?

2. When she told that girl that she would not let her kill Reiji, her personality took a great dramatic change to something cold/dark and determined to protect him.

3. When she attempted suicide to gain a taker weapon and didn't even show the slightest reaction to when she stabbed herself in the neck.

When she became a taker, more and more of these psychopathic traits began to show themselves, but wonder if her brother complex was born from her psychopathic nature or was it her strong love for Reiji, it could be the combination of both, either way Ayaka "desires" Reiji, which also explains her hostility towards Natsuhi and no doubt other women who gets close to him, Ayaka not only "wants" Reiji, but desires him as a lover than a brother.

This makes Ayaka's character very interesting, being a yandere, a psychopath and having a brother complex, i really like Ayaka and her character.

Only one thing I don't like for now ..the usual main male character...I'm tired of seeing the usual male character, do nothing,only crying..,His sister is in danger,and he not make a one move...only crying...like the main character of Freezing....
Why for once, we can't have a protagonist mail with balxx??
I hope he starts to have a little more courage....

I recently selected this manga as a random pick and I have to say it's caught my interest. The only disappointment is the battle system is so flawed. Say like Shakugan no Shana or Serikrei are 100 times more better.

I really going to hate it if Ran dies, or gets defeated. Infact I'd be more pissed off! >< For some reason I've liked her character so far, she seems to have some hidden story to her and may have reasons behind her killings (only a feeling) guess I cant explain it well, but the signs are there. But she really needs to teach Ayaka a lesson in defeat.

btw, if I was the little brother, I'd be super mad at my sister. I hope he walks up to her and says "I hate you" or "I won't forgive you" either works. Ayaka should then learn what shes done.

I don't think we have to worry for Ran, i found the Japanese wiki page for Rebith The Lunatic Taker and according to it, Ran is one of the main characters along with Reiji, Ayaka and Natsuhi.

Well, fingers crossed from me O_o Well just on thinking about Ran become a main, does that mean she will offer an alliance/truce with Reiji? (providing Reiji does something cool in stopping the fight) Thus maybe go Angel hunting. They could really use Rans skills in that area O_o Since Reiji already rejected the guild I hope.

Another thing I like about Ran, is her stuta. Kinda uniquely cute and gives her a more innocent pressence (unless the scanlators are trolling)

This sucks, this series is so good, i hate to see a good series end like this , out of all his work, "Freezing" is definitely my favorite.

So is this series really ending?, or is Lim Dal Young just dropping it for now to focus on others?
