Depends on the mod. Some create threads beforehand then lock them up until the actual episode is aired, others opt to keep them open while disabling the poll feature or just create them a few minutes prior to airing time. It all comes down to who's moderating; after all, it's not like there's an automated thread creation option, right? It also depends on how popular the show is and all that - since it's Code Geass we're speaking of, I guess it won't be long before someone like klashikari will pay us a visit and swish up a new chatzone (or spamzone considering how many posts the previous thread got before R2 even started ).

Ep02 will air in...exactly twelve hours (I'm GMT+1 and it's 10pm here) so expect the 'ep 2 discussion/poll' topic to show up within that timeframe.
