There names are stated as Hiver and Zoma (or, at least, that is my interpretation of the katakana used) so, like the leads, they are ostensibly new characters. Time will tell.

Raws for the first two movies were already torrented back when the DVDs came out (in fact, I downloaded both long before the physical DVDs made it through the post)

If the purple haired girl really was Eclair, looks like she's a lot younger on that body this time hm? And, she doesn't seem to use lipstick lasso anymore and instead chocolate bombs of doom . (she eats it too). Also, they've shown a scene where Lumiere is on her adult body and Eclair is on a child one. Quite the reverse this time 'round. Nyways, I'll be expecting butt kicking, fanservice, good animation, and a good story here

Well, I haven't read the novels or manga myself, but the story credits for all of them are all to gimik/GOTT, meaning that they're all based on the anime original story. So it's not like the usual case where an anime is an adaptation of a novel or a manga; it's the other way around.

There are two manga series (3 volumes in total), two novel series (5 volumes in total) and two one-shot novels so 10 books in total. One of the manga volumes has been scanlated, but only a single chapter of the other story.
I'm sure I've already totted these up before but I don't know where so I'll just go through it all again.

Manga

Reverse: One volume by HIYOHIYO, takes place between episodes 2 and 3 of the anime, with an epilogue set just prior to episode 15. New characters are Dyne, another ES-Member with the Power ability, and Bit, a young hacker.

Spoiler:

Deals with the creation of Lightning and Twinkle by Alv and Dvergr.

Vs (Versus): Two volumes, story by Kimura Hidefumi and art by Arikui Fujimaru. Takes place between episodes 5 and 12 of the anime. Story revolves around Eclair and Lumiere's conflict with rival ES-Members of the criminal organisation Virgin Virus, Viper and Virago, and their boss, Veronica.

Spoiler:

Viper and Virago, who are callously killed by Veronica in front of Eclair and Lumiere, are later revealed to be alive after all and are actually undercover agents for the GCPO, Alpha and Ace

Novels

Kiddy Grade: Three volumes novelisation of the anime series by Fumihiko Shimo with illustrations by Kimura Hidefumi. Appears to tie in the Vs manga also since there is a picture of Veronica on one page.

Pr.: Two volumes by Fumihiko Shimo with illustrations by Kimura Hidefumi. Kiddy Grade pre-story set in SC0218-0219, ten years prior to the start of the anime. Main characters are Maryann and Bran, but Eclair and Lumiere have cameo roles (in the form of "chibi Eclair" and "adult Lumiere" as seen in the K-G.2 PV). Maryann and Bran in turn cameo in the anime during one of Eclair's flashbacks.

EX-Partner: Collection of short stories by Kimura Kidefumi ("EX" standing for "extra"), with illustrations by Megumi Kadonosono that was included with one of the Collector's Edition DVDs (which one escapes me at present). Each story deals with a different pair of ES-Members:
Ashy/Angel - Viola and Cesario
Omega/Aleph - Un-oh and A-oh
Bleed/Distinction - Tweedledee and Tweedledum
Requiem/Destiny - Alv and Dvergr
Currant/Pale - Sinistra and Dextera

Secret Affair: Another collection of short stories, again by Kimura Kidefumi and illustrated by Megumi Kadonosono. Only available by sending in coupons from all 12 Collector's Edition DVDs.
Narcotic/Drug - Armbrust and Pfeilspitze
Fake/Fate - Lightning and Twinkle
Thought/Harmonize - D'Autriche and Renault
Closed/Connection - Liquiy and Bonita
Inclined/Balance - Eclair, Lumiere and Eclipse

the goth/dark haired one is Que Feuilles and the blue haired one is Ascule...

names might be slightly different i think funimation mighta romanized them or w/e

I'm sure all this has been covered at least one before in this thread... anyway, those translations came from Newtype USA. FUNimation has no known involvement with the series as yet.
