Indeed, I know about them, but if all would be animated, especially Shougo and Konoe, the series would probably receive an age mark of 17+.

There is currently no VN of Kono Naka, but we may never know if one may be released in the future.

As for the almost-had-sex, it was described quite in the way that they had sex.
Well, it doesn't matter, they were extremely close and together.
